Truckers rallied in Washington to restore America to its constitutional republic foundations. So did veterans. And bikers. They all assembled and then departed, leaving the Beltway insiders to continue running the nation into the ground, according to one man who says an event he hopes to hold this spring will be different.

The following comment came from DRAUGR (an assumed name I assume) saturday's post over at Before It's News ...with the headline "2nd Top Military Man Calls For Millions To March On D.C."

Just like the Germans from the 1930′s & 40′s. The only time the lazy Americans will gather in large numbers is when they are being loaded into boxcars.

What’s your excuse for ignoring the obvious?
Will it finally dawn on you when you are ordered to fall into this line, and your wife and kids are sent to a different line?
The cops refer to the balance of power between themselves and the criminals as the thin blue line. What would you call that, that separates every American citizens rights and freedoms from that of slavery and oppression? Right now I would call it the last frayed thread.

Underground Nuclear Explosion At Crippled Japan Atomic Plant Shocks World

An ominous edict issued from the Office of the President of Russia today to all Ministries of the Russian Government ordering that all “past, present and future” information relating to Japan’s Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster now be rated at the highest classification level “Of Special Importance” states that this condition is “immediately and urgently needed” due to a series of underground nuclear explosions occurring at this crippled atomic plant on 31 December as confirmed by the Ministry of Defense (MoD).

“Of Special Importance” is Russia’s highest classification level and refers to information which, if released, would cause damage to the entire Russian Federation.

The Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster was a catastrophic failure at the Fukushima I Nuclear Power Plant on 11 March 2011. The failure occurred when the plant was hit by a tsunami triggered by the 9.0 magnitude Tōhoku earthquake.

The plant began releasing substantial amounts of radioactive materials beginning on 12 March 2011 becoming the largest nuclear incident since the 1986 Chernobyl disaster and the second (with Chernobyl) to measure at the highest Level 7 on the International Nuclear Event Scale (INES).
According to this report, MoD “assests” associated with the Red Banner Pacific Fleet detected two “low-level” underground atomic explosions occurring in the Fukushima disaster zone on 31 December, the first measuring 5.1 magnitude in intensity, followed by a smaller 3.6 magnitude explosion moments later.
The MoD further reports that the 5.1 magnitude event corresponds to the energy equivalent in megatons of TNT of 0.0005, while the 3.6 magnitude event equals 0.0000005.
As a comparison, the MoD states that the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima in 1945 by the United States released the equivalent of 16 Kilotons = 0.016 megatons of TNT, about the energy equivalent of a magnitude 6 earthquake, and the largest hydrogen bomb ever detonated was the Tsar bomb, a device exploded by the Soviet Union on 30 October 1961, with an energy equivalent of about 50 megatons of TNT.

Important to note, this report continues, was that the architect of Fukushima Daiichi Reactor 3, Uehara Haruo, warned on 17 November 2011 warned that a “China Syndrome” (aka: Hydrovolcanic Explosion) was “inevitable” due to the melted atomic fuel that had escaped the container vessel and was now burning through the earth.
The MoD further reports that evidence that these underground nuclear explosions were about to occur began after mysterious steam plumes were first spotted on 19 December for a short period of time, then again on 24, 25, 27 December, and confirmed by a report Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) published on its website.
Most curious to note, this report continues, is that the United States appears to have had a more advanced notice of these underground nuclear explosions as evidenced by their purchase earlier this month (6 December) of 14 million doses of potassium iodide, the compound that protects the body from radioactive poisoning in the aftermath of severe nuclear accidents, to be delivered before the beginning of February 2014.
With experts now estimating that the wave of radiation from Fukushima will be 10-times bigger than all of the radiation from the entire world’s nuclear tests throughout history combined, and with new reports stating that dangerous radiation levels have been detected in snows found in Texas, Colorado and Missouri, this MoD report warns the US, indeed, is going to face the severest consequences of this historic, and seemingly unstoppable, nuclear disaster.
And not just to human beings either is this nuclear disaster unfolding either, this report grimly warns, but also to all biological systems as new reports coming from the United States western coastal areas are now detailing the mass deaths of seals, sea lions, polar bears, bald eagles, sea stars, turtles, king and sockeye salmon, herring, anchovies, and sardines due to Fukishima radiation.
As to the American people being allowed to know the full and horrific mass death event now unfolding around them, this report warns, is not be as the Obama regime has, in effect, ordered all of their mainstream news media organs not to report it, and as recently confirmed by former MSNBC host Cenk Uygur who was told not to warn the public about the danger posed by the meltdown at the Fukushima nuclear plant during his time as a host on the cable network.
And with Russian experts now warning that as Fukushima pollution spreads all over Earth (as large amounts of fish, seaweeds, and everything in ocean has been already been polluted, and these products are the main danger for mankind as they can end up being eaten by people on a massive scale) this report warns that Putin’s order to classify all information relating to this nuclear mass death event “Of Special Importance” is vital to protect the economic and social stability interests of the Russian Federation as this global catastrophe continues to worsen by the day.

In order to achieve a totally predictable economy, the low-class elements of society must be brought under total control, i.e., must be housebroken, trained, and assigned a yoke and long-term social duties from a very early age, before they have an opportunity to question the propriety of the matter. In order to achieve such conformity, the lower-class family unit must be disintegrated by a process of increasing preoccupation of the parents and the establishment of government-operated day-care centers for the occupationally orphaned children.

The quality of education given to the lower class must be of the poorest sort, so that the moat of ignorance isolating the inferior class from the superior class is and remains incomprehensible to the inferior class. With such an initial handicap, even bright lower class individuals have little if any hope of extricating themselves from their assigned lot in life. This form of slavery is essential to maintain some measure of social order, peace, and tranquillity for the ruling upper class.

Victory: Emmett, Idaho, bans NDAA Detention, Laws of war

EMMETT– During debate on the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA)in the U.S. Senate, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC), said “it designates the world as the battlefield, including the homeland.”

The citizens of Emmett, Idaho disagree.

On Tuesday, the Emmett City Council approved the Restoring Constitutional Governance Resolution, thus banning the detention provisions of the 2012 NDAA, and the application of the laws of war, which originally made Emmett a “battlefield” in the war on terror. The resolution also encourages the state legislature to interpose against these detention provisions, and Idaho’s Congressional delegation to take steps to repeal them.

The 2012 National Defense Authorization Act was overwhelmingly passed by Congress and signed into law by President Barack Obama on December 31, 2011. This law declared the United States a battlefield in the war on terror and two provisions, Sections 1021 & 1022, authorized the indefinite detention, without charge or trial, of any person, including American citizens, accused by the President of undefined "support" of terrorist activity or commission of a ‘belligerent act" and the application of the laws of war to U.S. soil.

Emmett joins a growing tidal wave of cities banning the provisions, and the laws of war, as unConstitutional. Albany, New York, Oxford, Massachusetts, and Webster, MA have previously passed the Restoring Constitutional Governance Resolution to do so, as part of the nationwide “Take Back” Campaign.

Emmett’s resolution states:

“…it is unconstitutional, and therefore unlawful for any person to:

a. arrest or capture any person in Emmett, or citizen of Emmett, within the United States, with the intent of “detention under the law of war,” or

b. actually subject a person in Emmett, to “disposition under the law of war,” or

c. subject any person to targeted killing in Emmett, or citizen of Emmett, within the United States;…”

'Compassionate release' of terrorist mouthpiece Lynn Stewart

The attorney who was convicted of passing messages to the outside world for "The Blind Shiekh" has been granted early release from prison.

Lynn Stewart was sentenced to 10 years in prison in 2005 for acting as a go-between for Omar Abdel-Rahman, carrying messages to his supporters in Egypt. Rahman was convicted and given a life sentence in 1996 for seditious conspiracy connected to the 1993 bombing of the World Trade Center.

In jail, Rahman used Stewart to pass messages to, and also to end a ceasefire by, an Egyptian jihadi force that he had created. The force is called "The islamic Group," or the GIA, for its Arabic name, Al-Gama'a al-Islamiyya. Rahman is still popular among jihadis, partly because his jihadis killed so many Egyptian security forces, Egyptian Christians and western tourists.
Rahman was legally residing in New York when he persuaded immigrant Muslims to carry out the first Twin Towers attack.
Jihad expert Peter Bergen has said Abdel Rahman was the "spiritual guide of 9/11," because he was a credentialed Muslim cleric who provided an Islamic rationale for bin Laden's 2001 attack. From his U.S. cell, Rahman urged Muslims to "kill them in the sea, on land and in the air."
In 2013, Egypt's islamist president, Mohamad Morsi, asked Obama to release Rahman from jail, as did the brother of Al Qaida's current leader, an Egyptian named Ayman al Zawahiri.
Prior to Morsi's rule, the GIA formed an Islamic political party that worked with Morsi's Muslim Brotherhood movement to draft an Islamic constitution for the country. Similar to many constitutions imposed by progressive and left-wing governments, the Islamic constitution sought to create a heaven on Earth. As required by orthodox Islam, it created an apartheid-like legal system that relegated Christians and women to a subordinate place.
One of the GIA's leaders was appointed by Morsi as an Islamist governor of a southern province. Rahman's followers also organized the 2012 riot and attack on the U.S. Embassy in Cairo to help win his release. Morsi was deposed in 2012, despite support from Obama.
Stewart has made a career of working for left-wing and progressive clients, including Rahman and members of the Black Panther and the Weather Underground terror groups.
The left-wing lawyer told the Washington Post that she choose to defend Rahman because "my own political sense tells me that the only hope for change in Egypt is the [Islamic] fundamentalist movement."

Stewart got an assist from the Obama administration's Bureau of Prisons:

[Judge] Koeltl had earlier denied a request for her release, but changed his mind after pressure from Obama's Bureau of Prisons and from his appointee, Preet Bharara, the federal U.S. attorney in Manhattan.
Bharara is a former aide to New York Democratic Sen. Chuck Schumer, and a likely future candidate for political office. His leading role among Democrats was reinforced when Time magazine put him on its front cover in 2012.

Early release from prison should be based at least in part on the rehabilitation of the prisoner. Stewart has never expressed remorse for her actions, nor has she denounced her client's actions and words. That should have been enough to keep her locked up for the rest of her life.
Instead, she gets 18 months of freedom while the Sheikh's victims are still being mourned by their families. This is a cosmic injustice for which the Obama administration should be truly ashamed of itself.
