First Born Gone...not just for Israel

When I was in college computers were rare, especially for doing research. Oh we had a bank of computers but they were for learning about computers and programming language. There was no Internet…hard to believe that we cannot get by today without the Internet; that monstrous library of unending rivers of information constantly streaming into our daily lives. What do we do with it?

At some point in the very early nineties I finally got rid of my antiquated DOS computer and upgraded to Windows and the Internet…what a world of difference! A Brave New World had come into my life. A researcher’s dream! And that’s my introduction. Without realizing it I became a researcher.

I began collecting information at such a rate that the computers at the time did not have enough storage space on the hard drives…so it was then that the old floppy disks started collecting in corners of my desk, inside draws, shoe boxes, and places unknown…but I did have the information! Every piece of stored information, whether it be a one line quote or a multi-page document was read prior to moving the cursor over the ‘save’ icon and pressing ‘Enter’ (Before the icons it was ‘Crl-S’ which I still find myself using).

So I have a wealth of information. What do I do with it? Somewhere on these electronic storage devices I have the beginning pages of three or four, maybe even more, books. Books that may never be written…but maybe someday! Speaking of books, I still read them you know. There’s still ‘stuff’ out there that you cannot find on the Internet. And the ‘stuff’ can be very informative and even alarming when you find a tid-bit of information that connects the dots from one obscure publication to another.

Where am I going with all this? I sometimes wonder myself. But in any event I was attempting to backtrack over these tomes of scattered information desks found throughout my sloppy storage bins despite even more sloppy cataloging when I completely forgot what it was I was searching for…don’t be concerned, your day will come if it already hasn't. It is so easily to become distracted by something you read a long time ago only to find that it has new meaning…and there you go, off in a different direction!

I came across the article below and thought about it for a moment. When did I retrieve this? How long has it been out there on the Internet? Is it still out there? Is the story still current in today’s world? And with that last question I stopped and decided to do a search…I Googled it! A simple cut and paste of the first twelve words into Google and voila! There it was, still there!

Is the story still current in today’s world? You bet, not only for the mothers and fathers of Israel, but for all mothers and fathers of the Western World. A first born gone…gone off to defend the homeland will be with us a long time…but I pray not.

Sending Our Son To The I.D.F.

by David Bedein

Emotions run high as one Israeli family sends their first-born son off to the army.

On the evenings before a young man goes into the Israel Defense Forces, the IDF, neither he nor his parents sleep much.

The soon-to-be IDF inductee parties with his friends. The parents also do not sleep -- out of worry, fear and apprehension.

This week, on Monday, we accompanied our first-born son, Noam, to the IDF army recruitment center in Jerusalem, where he was inducted into an IDF combat unit, with three months of basic training lying ahead of him.

Noam, 19, was named after a soldier, Noam Yehuda, who was born in Philadelphia, grew up in Safed, and was killed by a PLO missile at the age of 19 during the Lebanon War in 1982.

Arafat and his terrorists had set up a worldwide terrorist organization from his base in Lebanon, responsible for the murders of hundreds of Jews and Israelis throughout the world.

The irony is that 19 years later, the enemy is the same.

http://www.aish.com/graphics/cleardot.gif

http://www.aish.com/graphics/cleardot.gif

The irony is that for our own Noam, 19 years later, the enemy is the same. An enemy who had duped the world to such an extent that he received the Nobel Peace Prize! An enemy who was invited by the Israeli government to return from exile in Tunis, given arms by the IDF, and who turned the tables to set up cities of refuge for his "troops" to again launch attacks against Israelis.

A few nights ago, we watched the evening news with Noam. Thousands of Arab rioters were shooting guns wildly in the air, as they ran through the streets precariously toting the teetering body of yet another shahid ("holy martyr"), a title given to terrorists who blow up themselves along with innocent Israeli civilians for the "Glory of Palestine."

Noam's comment: "Well, wish me luck! I'm going to be in a war."

YEAR OF REFLECTION

When you take your son on that proverbial ride to the draft induction point, his entire life flashes in front of you.

All those special moments are quashed into those 25 minutes of negotiating Jerusalem rush hour traffic. His moment of birth. His Bris Milah. His first steps. His first day of school. His performance in the local singing group and how he "cut" his first cassette. His bar mitzvah. His going off to yeshiva. His summer of work with Downs Syndrome children. And his resounding Shabbat meal send-off with his friends, when they sang at the top of their lungs from Psalms to punk rock.

Watching our son joke with friends while waiting to be called to get on the bus, our hearts swelled with pride at this wholesome, fine son of ours who was eager to serve his country despite the gruesome predicament the country is in right now.

Unlike most Israelis, Noam holds an American passport. He could easily skip the country without too much difficulty and attend university in the U.S. However, he chose to stay and serve.

Going to all these funerals has made me aware of how I must protect the people of Israel.

http://www.aish.com/graphics/cleardot.gif

http://www.aish.com/graphics/cleardot.gif

This past year has been one of reflection for Noam. He was glad to have made the decision not to go straight into the army following graduation from high school. Instead he chose a yeshiva preparation program, with a curriculum that readies yeshiva students for army service through deep philosophical discussions, along with physical education to prepare him for rigorous army training.

It has also been a year of funerals. Too many funerals. After returning from the funeral of our daughter's 20-year-old youth counselor, who had been shot dead in a drive-by shooting, Noam declared: "Now I know why I am going into the army. Going to all these funerals has made me aware of how I must protect the people of Israel."

After a few minutes wait at the induction center, Noam's name was called out. The time had come to part. We hand over to the IDF a wholesome, happy, wonderful son. Noam stretched out his arms and held each of us in a tight embrace. The lump in our throats choked back the words we had each planned to say. All we could manage was: "Stay safe, and may God be with you."

Please God, we pray, return our dear son to us unharmed, safe and sound.

South Of The Border Down Mexico Way...Hold it! Hold! What Border? More Than 50% Of Mexican Police Fail Police Exam!

Cross posted (and a Hat-Tip) http://texasfred.net/

Nearly half of Mexican cops fail police tests

November 28th, 2008 . by TexasFred

Nearly half of Mexican cops fail police tests

MEXICO CITY (AP) - Almost half of Mexican police officers examined this year have failed background and security tests, a figure that rises to nearly 9 of 10 cops in the border state of Baja California, the government reported Thursday.

The number of officers scoring a “not recommendable” rating on the tests averaged 49 percent nationwide, well above the 42 percent who got a “recommendable” rating.

The tests - which involved lie detectors, drug tests, psychological profiling and tests of personal wealth, among other measures - were intended to root out corrupt, incompetent and unfit officers. The report did not break down how many officers failed each category.

In Baja California, home to the border city of Tijuana, some 89 percent of police tested failed, and only 4 percent were judged “recommendable.” Officers there have been periodically disarmed, detained and investigated by federal investigators and army troops on suspicion of aiding drug traffickers.

Full Story Here:
Nearly half of Mexican cops fail police tests

Can you imagine the hue and cry of the American people if this were our standard? Can you imagine the actions that the NAACP, the ACLU and every other *civil rights* organization would take it this were the accepted level of professionalism of American police?

Mexico doesn’t hold their police to standards that OUR officers were held to 40 years ago, maybe even further back than that. The level of corruption seen among Mexican police has NEVER been approached by ANY department in the U.S.A., not even by the Chicago P.D. back in the Capone days!

I can understand the fact that there are some decent Mexican people that want to come to this nation simply to earn a decent living and better themselves, and given the level of corruption and sheer incompetence of their police, and truth be told, their army and their very government, I actually don’t blame them. Maybe they come here illegally because in Mexico, LEGAL itself is a moot point, legal, and it’s definition often have much to do with the amount of money you happen to have on you at the moment.

I spent 9 years in El Paso, working on BOTH sides of the border. The El Paso Police and El Paso County Sheriffs Dept were as top shelf as anyone could ask for. The cops on the Mexican side, Front Chih., Chihuahua State Police and Juarez City Police were an entirely different matter, and for the record, I was in El Paso from 1981 until 1990, Americans were not nearly as aware of the ILLEGAL invasion as they are today, but even then, Mexican corruption ran rampant, immigration laws were nonexistent.

Border Patrol did as good a job as they could, given their limited resources, they would round up the illegals and take them back to Juarez by the bus load. In most cases, a quick payoff to a Mexican official was made and the illegals were back in Texas before the Border Patrol bus that took them back was.

Fast forward to 2008, Mexico is even more corrupt, their economy is even worse than it was 25 or 30 years ago and our borders are no stronger. We still have *wetbacks* invading this nation in great numbers, and mixed with them, I am convinced, members of terror organizations that are bringing in guns, grenades and other explosives to use against us, the American people, at a time of their choosing. And that time is not too far in the future I believe.

Mexico is corruption personified, we can’t count on Mexico for anything, yet our borders are still incredibly porous, and with the incoming Obama administration, the borders will NOT be getting any stronger I am guessing. Americans had best be on guard, ever vigilant, we are now at a time in our history where the very survival of this nation is in jeopardy. Look to our current POTUS for some the basic reasons WHY, George Bush spent the last 8 years doing nothing to secure our border with Mexico. Look to his predecessors as well, no U.S. president has done much in the effort to secure our border since Operation Wetback in 1953.

With the obviously sad state of the Mexican police, and Mexico itself, if We, The People don’t make a stand soon, we won’t have anything left to stand for!!

Illegal Aliens Kill More Americans Than Iraq War

By The Editors

As noted in Illegal Alien Crime Wave in Full Swing, in April 2005, the GAO released a report on a study of 55,322 illegal aliens incarcerated in federal, state, and local facilities during 2003. It found the following:

Of the 55,322 illegal aliens studied, researchers found that they were arrested a total of 459,614 times, averaging about 8 arrests per illegal alien.

· They were arrested for a total of about 700,000 criminal offenses, averaging about 13 offenses per illegal alien.

· 49% had previously been convicted of a felony, 20% of a drug offense; 18% a violent offense, and 11%, other felony offenses.

· 81% of the arrests occurred after 1990

· 56% of those charged with a reentry offense had previously been convicted on at least 5 prior occasions.

· Defendants charged with unlawful reentry had the most extensive criminal histories. 90% had been previously arrested. Of those with a prior arrest, 50% had been arrested for violent or drug-related felonies.

All of these crimes would have never happened, i.e. they were preventable, has we had a serious program of deportation of the illegal aliens already here and proper border security to prevent both entry and re-entry.

In reviewing those numbers, note that the study sampled only about 21% of the incarcerated illegal aliens. To get the full extent of the collateral damage, we need to apply the average number of offenses across all 267,000 currently incarcerated illegal alien criminals. Doing so results in 1,288,619 crimes!

Don’t let the mainstream media and illegal alien advocates tell you that illegal immigration is a “victimless crime” and that they are here only to do the work Americans don’t want to do. Since each crime has a victim, 1,288,619 sounds like a lot of victimization to us. Also keep in mind that the 1,288,619 crimes are only the ones committed by the hard core illegal alien criminals who were finally caught and incarcerated. The ones not caught and the new criminals crossing daily are committing more crime each and every day.

One of the problems in identifying the involvement of illegal aliens in crime is that NO ONE TRACKS IT as a particular demographic statistic. While the INS keeps track of all sorts of demographic data for the illegal aliens who were actually arrested and deported and puts it in the Yearbook of Immigration Statistics, the judicial system does not track it. As noted in Cop Murder Spotlights Crisis of Killer Aliens - No Government Agency Tracks Crimes by Illegals, Not Even Attacks on Police, nobody really knows how many illegal alien criminals there are or how many crimes they are actually committing. Many simply fall through the cracks.

If we assume illegal aliens commit crimes at the same rate as citizens in the general population, an assumption that may grossly underestimate their involvement, we can estimate the number of crimes being committed by illegal aliens. To do this, we note the number of illegal aliens in the population and apply the percentage representation in the population to the total number of crimes committed.

The current population of illegal aliens ranges from a generally accepted low of 12 million to a few estimates in the 25-30 million range. For the purposes of this discussion, we will use a relatively lower estimate of 15 million in a population of 300 million which is a 5% representation. It is worth noting that many official government figures are a bit lower number. If in fact accurate, a lower number of illegal aliens in the general population would actually increase their disproportionate involvement, something that is probably occurring anyway, as we shall see latter.

According to FBI’s Uniform Crime Reports (UCR), Crime in the United States (CIUS) 2005, we now take the Estimated Number of Arrests and apply a straight 5% illegal alien participation. These numbers are grossly understated as you will see later in this article, but we include them as an academic exercise to show what the bottom-most numbers could be:

This calculates:

CRIMES (actual arrests)

Number In USA

by illegal aliens

Total

14,094,186

704,709

Murder & non-negligent manslaughter

14,062

703

Forcible rape

25,528

1,276

Offenses against family & children

129,128

6,456

The last column is the estimated criminal collateral damage inflicted by illegal aliens for 2005 as a straight proportional percentage basis of the population. Similar collateral damage would have been inflicted in 2006 and you can expect about as much in 2007.

Using a simple cost-benefit analysis, is this much crime acceptable to save ten cents on a head of lettuce?

You probably wouldn’t think so if you were one of the 704,709 victims, and as one of the murder victims, you wouldn’t be able to think at all. Again, keep in mind, this is the collateral damage being PER YEAR with a 5% participation rate. If the number of illegal aliens is greater than 15 million the number of crimes goes up. If the participation rate is greater, the number of crimes goes up.

In determining who is actually committing the crimes and whether the 5% straight participation is valid, as noted in The Tarpit blog, Hispanics/Latinos, by far the largest component of illegal aliens, become “White, Caucasian, or Other” perpetrators in Arizona. The same thing in Colorado, Florida, New Jersey, New Mexico, and probably other states as well. Even the FBI doesn’t seem to want to know, as neither the nationality of the perpetrator nor a Hispanic/Latino category is even present in either their Uniform Crime Reports or Victims and Offenders Supplement.

When we inquired of Justice Department why they didn’t want to know if Hispanics or foreign nationals were committing any crime, their response was:

“The Uniform Crime Reporting Program was mandated by Congress to collect and publish the crimes that are reported to police agencies for statistical purposes, not investigative purposes.

The elements of race and ethnicity built into the UCR Program adhere to the guidelines established by DIRECTIVE NO 15, RACE AND ETHNIC STANDARDS FOR FEDERAL STATISTICS AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTING. Those guidelines are set by the Office of Management and Budget, and as a federal agency in the capacity of overseer of the UCR Program, the FBI is required to abide by those guidelines. For UCR purposes there are four racial categories: White; Black; American Indian or Alaskan Native; and Asian or Pacific Islander. The term Hispanic is an indicator of ethnicity, and the UCR Program does not currently collect information on ethnicity.”

We also asked the Justice Department what categories the foreign national terrorists and the 2,752 Americans killed by foreign nationals on 9-11-2001 fell into but did not get a response.

While the Justice Department tracks nearly every conceivable aspect of crime, evidently, Congress wants to know only what crimes “White, Black, American Indian, and Asian” Americans are committing. It is interesting that ethnicity is totally unimportant for determining who is committing crimes, but is very important for establishing minority status and preferences. It does not strain credulity to imagine that crimes are being committed by illegal aliens, aka foreign nationals, but unfortunately for Americans, these statistics are not tracked.

While we are on the subject of the FBI’s Uniform Crime Reports (UCR), Jim Kouri notes in Crime Statistics and the Itsy Bitsy Yellow Polka Dot Bikini:

“Yet the public is generally unaware that the UCR system is essentially a voluntary system; there is no federal legislation that requires States or local jurisdictions to report their crime data to the FBI.

The voluntary nature of the UCR, of course, affects the accuracy and completeness of the data. Although the FBI devotes a great deal of attention to the quality of the data it publishes in CIUS, it cannot mandate agencies to provide data on time (or at all).”

Thus, if anything, the FBI underreports crime.

In any case, it would appear that other than what the INS reports when foreign nationals are deported, NO ONE IS TRACKING CRIMES COMMITTED ON US SOIL BY FOREIGN NATIONALS. Given the serious of the crimes and the large participation by mostly Hispanic and illegal alien, a.k.a. foreign national, criminals it seems almost as if the various government agencies don’t want us to know. Also, we could not find any investigative reporting by the mainstream media on the issue. If even a small number of those 704,709 crimes were committed against members of the media or politicians maybe we would have heard something…but the silence is deafening.

As noted in the previously-mentioned September 2006 article, Cop Murder Spotlights Crisis of Killer Aliens, in WND:

“While no government agencies specifically track crimes by illegal aliens, there have been some efforts to quantify the loss. Last December, Mac Johnson set out to investigate the number of homicides perpetrated by illegal aliens. Since the federal government would not provide any useful information, he contacted all 50 statehouses. Three months later, he had fewer than a dozen responses. Only one state, Vermont, provided any useful information.

He then set out to estimate statistically the number of murders by illegal aliens based on available crime data and conservative estimates of the actual number of illegal aliens in the country – which, of course, no one really knows.

He found that between 1,806 and 2,510 people in the U.S. are murdered annually by illegal aliens. If he's right, that would represent between 11 percent and 15 percent of all murders in the U.S.”

Using the mean of Mr. Johnson’s range, there are 2,158 murders committed annually by illegal aliens – crimes that never would have happened if they weren’t here. This is part of the collateral damage of tolerating illegal immigration.

Note that at 2,158 murders, that is 15.3% of all the murders reported by the FBI, which would be about three times the representation of illegal aliens in the general population. Whether illegal aliens are committing three times as many of the other crimes as well is unknown because NO ONE IS TRACKING IT. Regardless, keep that “three times” in mind because it will come up again.

At this point it is worth noting Representative King states, in Biting the Hand That Feeds You, that illegal aliens are responsible for 4,380 murders. I believe Congressman King based his numbers on two GAO reports (d05337r and d05646r). He apparently then took the number of incarcerated illegal aliens and the total number of incarcerated prisoners and applied the resulting percentage to the FBI’s reported number of crimes. Based on this estimate, illegal aliens would be responsible for about 31% of the murders, a rate that is about 6.2 times their representation in the population. While there are indications that this number may be more accurate, no one really knows because NO ONE IS TRACKING IT.

Returning to the FBI’s crime list and a straight 5% prorated share committed by illegal aliens, some 704,709 crimes in 2005 were committed and each of these crimes has both a personal and economic impact. You can easily imagine the personal devastation on individuals and on families since all these crimes would not have happened if there were no illegal aliens in the country. Moreover, the unfortunate fact is that we as a nation and people have tolerated, and in many cases aided and abetted, illegal immigration.

The economic burden these crimes impose on their victims and on society have significant costs attached to them. As noted earlier, there has been a tremendous increase in the law enforcement budgets and each criminal arrested needs to be incarcerated at about $25,000 per year. How much more law enforcement is spending as a direct consequence of illegal aliens is unknown but reviewing the expenditure graphs, note that the rate of the expenditures increases after around 1989 which corresponds with the large increase in the illegal alien population.

In any case, with 267,000 illegal aliens incarcerated as of 2003, just the incarceration costs at $25,000 per inmate per year is $6.7 BILLION per year. We’ll take a wild guess that you didn’t realize we were spending that much. Do you have any better ideas on what we could be spending $6.7 billion a year on rather than providing three meals a day and color TV to a bunch of illegal alien prisoners? While you think about that, here is another one to ponder: how much money would we have saved since 1980 if there were still only 9,000 incarcerated illegal aliens rather than 267,000?

As extensive as these direct costs are, there are also indirect costs imposed on the victims, including loss of income and property, uncompensated hospital bills, and treatment for resulting emotional and psychological trauma, to say nothing of permanent physical disabilities.

As noted in the abstract of the report Victim Costs of Violent Crime and Resulting Injuries, by Miller, Cohen, and Rossman:

“This DataWatch estimates the costs and monetary value of lost quality of life due to death and nonfatal physical and psychological injury resulting from violent crime. In 1987 physical injury to people age twelve and older resulting from rape, robbery, assault, murder, and arson caused about $10 billion in potential health-related costs, including some unmet mental health care needs. It led to $23 billion in lost productivity and almost $145 billion in reduced quality of life (in 1989 dollars). If associated deaths and cases resulting in psychological injury only are included, costs average $47,000 for rape, $19,000 for robbery, $15,000 for assault, and $25,000 for arson. Considering only survivors with physical injury, rape cost $60,000, robberies $25,000, assaults $22,000, and arson $50,000. Costs are almost $2.4 million per murder. Lifetime costs for all intentional injuries totaled $178 billion during 1987-1990.”

Note that those costs are in 1989 dollars. Using the CPI index to adjust for 2006 dollars, multiply those numbers by 1.62 which means that, today, each rape costs society an average of $76,140 and each murder costs some $3.9 million. Thus just the 2,158 murders committed by illegal aliens burdened our society with $8.4 BILLION in costs.

The report tabulates the various costs for each crime as follows:

And all this…to save ten cents on a head of lettuce?

Police officers made guardsmen lick up supposed urine, lawsuit states

ED TRELEVEN
608-252-6134

etreleven@madison.com

Two Wisconsin National Guardsmen filed a federal civil rights lawsuit against the city of Wisconsin Dells, its police chief and three officers because they were forced to lap up what was believed to be human urine from the ground last summer.

The guardsmen, both of whom have served two tours of duty in Iraq, were in the Dells for weekend training and were stopped by police officers Wayne W. Thomas and Collin H. Jacobson early the morning of June 1 and accused of having urinated in public, according to a lawsuit filed Monday in U.S. District Court in Madison.

The officers pointed out a wet spot in an alley that they thought was urine, the lawsuit states, but the guardsmen, Sgt. Anthony R. Anderson, of West Bend, and Specialist Robert C. Schiman, of Kaukauna, denied having relieved themselves in the alley.

In order to prove that it was not their urine and avoid a citation, Thomas and Jacobson made Anderson and Schiman lick the ground and scrape mud up with their hands and lick it, according to the lawsuit.

Schiman also was made to eat a plant that was drenched in the liquid, the lawsuit states.

A third officer, Scott Albrecht, arrived at the scene and was told by Jacobson, "I can't stop laughing. Wayne just made those two guys lick their own piss off the ground," according to the lawsuit.

The suit alleges infliction of emotional distress on the soldiers; negligent hiring, training and supervision of Thomas and Jacobson; false imprisonment and violation of the Constitutional and civil rights of Anderson and Schiman.

It seeks $600,000 in compensatory and punitive damages for each of the guardsmen, along with other unspecified damages and costs.

Their attorney, Jason Baltz of Whitefish Bay, declined to comment on the lawsuit and said he had instructed his clients not to comment as well.

Wisconsin Dells Police Chief Bret Anderson, who is named as a defendant in the lawsuit, also declined to comment. He referred questions to City Attorney James Gerlach.

The lawsuit states that Thomas, 19, was fired the same day as the incident and Jacobson, 20, was suspended for two weeks without pay. Both were limited term police officers.

Albrecht was cited by the department for failing to follow procedures.

According to the lawsuit: After having forced Anderson and Schiman to lick the wet ground, Anderson was made to do it again after one of the officers said he didn't see it. "That's not good enough," the officer said. "Do you want a ticket?"

After the two were released from the scene without being cited, they told their story to Albrecht. As Albrecht stood by, Anderson and Schiman asked Thomas and Jacobson for the name of their commanding officer, but were threatened with burglary charges if they filed a complaint. The police officers told the soldiers that nobody would believe them.

After the two soldiers filed complaints that night, Sgt. Perry Mayer, the commander on duty, interviewed the three police officers and looked at the scene of the incident. He later issued a report recommending action against the three officers.

Honestly, This does not surprise me. Dells Cops, especially the very young ones or LTE cops, are very arrogant and cocky. If this really happened I hope they get everything they deserve. These kids give the 99 percent of cops out there who are legit and honorable, a bad name. Unfortunately, it's these one percenters who have no honor and no respect for others. It sounds like they were relieved of their duty soon afterward but I hope they are no longer in a position to "protect and serve".

They should fire all three cops and this should be nationally televised and in all media formats. There is a professional jealousy between these officers. They can't cut the mustard by joining the military which is far superior in all facets of professionalism. I applaud the Military for standing their ground, most military will stand their ground. But for them to come back from 2 tours defending these cops freedom being idiots and then being humiliated by public servants is unconciousable. I hope the State Attorney General gets involved. I love most cops and find they do a great job and in middleton where I live there are a lot of Cops that are Veterans and treat everyone more then fair and equal. Remind me never to ever go to the Dells or recommend anyone spend money there.

As soon as the Military Branches and the 157 Veteran Organizations find out about this travesty, not only will they get pressured to be fired but I see the Dells missing out on the Military Dollars from tourism. Imagine how many other active duty military and veterans that did not report atrocities commited by these police, Surely it is not the first time and I am positive they have a track record for civilians as well.......They will get the 600K from the officers and the city but I would go after them in Civil Court as well. Then we shall see how funny it really is !!!!

If the Dells wants to go on the cheap and hire "junior" cops, maybe they should give them one bullet to put in their shirt pockets just like Barney Fife. Who in their right mind would let immature 19 and 20 year old kids carry guns and have police powers? That Dells government must be something. How about psychological testing? How about minimum educational requirements? How about adequate training? How about hiring cops that have at least shaved.

Sue their pants off guys.

Just think of the tourism advertising possibilities:

"Come to the Dells for a 'whiz' of a time."

"New Wisconsin Dells micro-brew -- Muddy Pee."

Yup, bring the whole family -- no place safer or more wholesome than the Dells.

Pay no mind to the fact three cops can so badly botch something as routine as an alleged public urination incident.

this is disgusting and reprehensible. those BOYS should not have the power that comes with being law enforcement officers. criminal charges ought to be pressed.
