Farrakhan: White Right trying to set Barack up to be assassinated
Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan recently delivered a speech and said the "white right is trying to set up Barack to be assassinated," while also predicting the grim future of the United States because he was given the ability to see the future.
Chicago, United States - On Sunday, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan delivered a 3 1/2 hour speech at the annual convention of the movement that embraces Black Nationalism in Chicago to about 20,000 followers about the future of the United States and President Barack Obama, reports the Chicago Sun-Times. According to Farrakhan, the “White Right” is conspiring to set Obama up to be a one-term President and attempting to assassinate him.
The Associated Press reports that Farrakhan went further and said he was abducted by a wheel-shaped UFO in 1985 and was given the ability to see into the future. The Minister explained that Chile’s earthquake on Saturday was a forerunner to his address and that the US must prepare for its own imminent disaster.
“The word 'prophet' is too cheap a word. I am a light in the midst of darkness. It ain't ego, it's my love for you.”
Farrakhan directly sent a message to the President later on in his speech, “Your people are suffering. You can't ease their plight, but you can use your bully pulpit. Speak for the poor. Speak for the weak. Put some money on back of us. We can reform our people.”
Farrakhan is an ardent supporter of Pres. Obama and has called on the black community for non-violent action but many supporters of the Minister believe his words are taken out of context. Nevertheless, Farrakhan believes Obama was manipulated into distancing himself from him, “They all want to know did I ever meet with him and what did I say or what he say. I ain't going there.”
This is not the first time that Farrakhan has made controversial statements. In October Digital Journal reported that Farrakhan told an audience in Memphis that the H1N1 Swine Flu vaccination was developed to kill people, “The Earth can't take 6.5 billion people. We just can't feed that many. So what are you going to do? Kill as many as you can. We have to develop a science that kills them and makes it look as though they died from some disease.”
