There's a headline over at Brietbart.com that reads, Jeb Bush: "I Can ‘Persuade’ Conservatives on Amnesty"  Heh, heh, say no more!  What a joke!

 

True Stuff You Might Want To Know About Democrats...plus a great video!

About five months ago an old friend asked, "Are you still a die-hard Republican?"  Astounded at the interrogative, I said, "No way in hell. How in the world did you come to that conclusion?"  I told him that I was Constitutional Conservative...there's a huge difference!  Now I have an idea where he may have got the wrong information but to avoid mentioning any names I'll leave that for another time.  What I have observered (by the way the friend told me he was a die-hard Democrat) about the die-hards is their failure to understand rational thought when it comes to politics...it's the party come hell or high water!  During most politcal converstions the die-hard D's always (mostly) seem to make excuses for their behavior/choices in the realm of political ideology... No rationale at all, just excuses!  Another trait most die-hard D's exhibit is their insatiable appetite for something for nothing...which it really is not.  The something they get has to come from someone not willing to give it to them but is forced upon the giver by the big government taker.  In their hearts they must know that this is true but they leave all rational thought at the door.  The rationale here could best be described in the words of Margaret Thatcher, "The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money."  But die-hard D's never seem to comprehend Margaret's message.  If they do understand then they're taking the attitude of 'give me all you can now and let the next generation figure it out'.  Well that next generation is here and is about to find out what its like to be be a third world country for we're fast approaching D-day.
Now the following video will make light of the die-hard D's philosophy but if they have the courage to watch it...knowing everybit of it is true, they'll make an excuse to why it's not.  Enjoy! ~ Norman E. Hooben

Obama Admin. Won’t Let States Ask for Proof of Citizenship … On Voter Registration Form!

Non-citizens are voting in American elections, and the federal government refuses to do anything to stop it.

Worse, the current administration seems to be doing everything they can to prevent the states from trying to stop it. First, they sued states that asked people to present ID before voting. Now, the administration will not let states even ask people to establish they are citizens when they register to vote.
That’s the underlying plot in the latest major case in election law that has just been presented to the Supreme Court. Federal law says that states must accept and use a federal form for registering voters. But the federal form doesn’t require any proof that the person submitting the form is a citizen.
The form just asks the registrant to check a box.
Meanwhile, federal law mandates that voter registration forms be made available and pushed everywhere from licensing branches to welfare offices.
From personal experience as an immigrant, I had a driver’s license, a Social Security number, and lived in this country for several years before I became a citizen. I had plenty of opportunities to fill out the federal voter registration form. I never did, of course — but what if I didn’t know any better?
Or what if I thought the form was being offered to me because I was allowed to register?
Or that, surely, I wouldn’t be added to the voter rolls if I checked the box claiming I was not a citizen?
But that’s not what’s been happening. Noncitizens are offered the voter registration forms all over the country and are filling them out, and they are being added to the rolls regardless of which box they check.
In an amicus brief, the American Civil Rights Union has submitted evidence and arguments to the Supreme Court showing that this is exactly what has been happening: the federal form is failing to keep non-citizens off the rolls. In fact, left to itself, the federal voter registration form is causing the problem.
Some states have tried to prevent this problem from continuing. Kansas and Arizona, while accepting and using the federal form, require registrants to provide some kind of proof of citizenship in order to register. But when they asked the Election Assistance Commission to add these state law instructions to their version of the federal form, the EAC flatly refused.
Now, the EAC is fighting all the way to the Supreme Court to not let Kansas and Arizona ask for proof of citizenship.
So what’s the issue?
The Constitution says that the states get to decide the qualifications for voters. In other words, the states get to decide who votes. Relying on this clear power, Kansas and Arizona are rightfully saying that a person is qualified to vote in their states if they provide some kind of proof of citizenship.
Seems logical, right?
But the EAC is saying that the Constitution gives them the power to regulate the “time, place, and manner” of federal elections. In other words, that the federal government gets to decide how registration works.
The federal government, yet again, is stretching too far. The federal form has failed to keep non-citizens from registering to vote, on purpose or by accident. And by dominating the registration process, the EAC is preventing states from being able to do anything about it. Hopefully the Supreme Court will take the case and restore the constitutional balance over elections which our Founders intended.

Obama...Don't Mess With Texas! ~ It’s not the soldiers we don’t trust, it’s the man in the Oval Office giving the orders.

Conspiracy theorists aren’t the only ones who aren’t fully buying the official reasons given for the large-scale military exercise code-named “Jade Helm 15,” a multi-state war simulation with mysterious intentions.
Some believe President Barack Obama’s feds have a more sinister reason behind the large training operation.
Whether that was a factor or not in Texas Gov. Greg Abbott’s decision to have his Texas State Guard monitor the federal exercise is anyone’s guess, but the decision from the governor’s office was completely unexpected and more than welcome from residents of his state who believe there’s more to Jade Helm 15 than meets the eye.
“I’ve ordered the Texas State Guard to monitor Jade Helm 15 to safeguard Texans’ constitutional rights, private property & civil liberties,” Gov. Abbott recently announced on Twitter, letting Obama know that the fine men and women of the Texas State Guard will have eyes on the operation.
In a letter to the commander of the Texas State Guard, Gov. Abbott wrote, “During the training operation, it is important that Texans know their safety, constitutional rights, private property right and civil liberties will not be infringed. I am directing the Texas State Guard to monitor Operation Jade Helm 15.”
U.S. Army Special Operations Command announced Jade Helm in March, with a start date in July. The operation will last until sometime in September.
Part of Jade Helm includes the labeling of the designated training states as either permissive, hostile, uncertain (leaning friendly) and uncertain (leaning hostile).
It should come as no surprise that the state of California was labeled as “permissive” and Texas was labeled as “hostile,” which is another reason residents of Texas counties involved are more concerned about the true nature of Jade Helm 15.
While military officials visited the counties with the most concern, such as Bastrop County in Texas, and fielded a variety of questions from anxious residents, Gov. Abbott told military leaders, “We aren’t accusing, we’re just watching.” (H/T Joe For America)
No matter the true intent of Jade Helm 15, we salute the Texas governor for standing up and at the very least, taking precautionary measures just in case there’s more to the operation than meets the eye.

A couple of callers on Rush Limbaugh’s radio show recently brought up an excerpt from one of President Barack Obama’s speeches on the campaign trail in 2008 in which he stated that the United States was in dire need of a “civilian national security force.”

Limbaugh jumped on the topic because Obama’s words are more relevant now than ever before. While in 2008 the only people paying attention to his plan for national law enforcement were conspiracy theorists, after seeing what’s happened in cities like Ferguson and now Baltimore, there’s no doubt that he’s attempting to put his plan into action.
After Ferguson, when it was discovered that the criminal Mike Brown didn’t have his hands up or any of the nonsense that race baiters like Al Sharpton kept pushing, the Department of Justice under then-Attorney General Eric Holder released a scathing report of rampant racism throughout the Ferguson police department.
Holder announced that the DOJ was preparing to issue new guidelines for the Ferguson police department to follow — essentially a federal takeover of a municipal police department.
Another caller reminded Limbaugh of a pilot program taking place in several major, liberal-controlled cities that would see a takeover of their police departments by the federal government.
Coupling that with the consistent pattern of Obama injecting the feds into incidents like the one involving Brown, Eric Garner and now Freddie Gray in Baltimore, it seems as if Obama and his DOJ have the perfect excuse to begin implementation of their national police program, which could lead to a devastating impediment of the rights of American citizens.
It may have taken Obama most of his presidency to act on his sinister intentions to nationalize major police forces in order to bolster his liberal agenda, but make no mistake about it — it’s here.

If we don’t elect a conservative president who’s ready to squash all of Obama’s dangerous ideas, have no doubt that Hillary Clinton will carry on his legacy to keep the liberal agenda on track.
