What's next? ...tax the crap!

Say, I got an idea the PRO's (Pelosi, Reid, & Obama) will love.  I was just reading through the comment section of the following article...you know when you sometimes scan the words a little to fast and then you have to stop and go back and read  again...that's what happened here:
(I read this part too fast) "Next Democrat move == tax the crap out of ..."
That's it!  Tax the crap!  They're already threatening to tax the carbon dioxide we exhale, a product that keeps Mother Nature in balance and when utilized by various plant life provides us with the oxygen we need to sustain life.  But crap, that's another story!  Who needs more crap?  They won't let us use it for fertilizer in our veggie gardens (except if you live in China or Africa) for fear of getting some crappy disease.  So crap is a complete waste; no useful after life once expelled from the body. Then (if we live in the city) we have to process the crap in the municipal sewer system rendering it safe from harmful effects...although we still get a lot of the unprocessed crap from the mouths of politicians that radiate harmful effects for many years (this kind of radiation has a half-life of an unknown quantity).  So we have to tax the crap we have to process.  We'll call it the Crap Process Tax...the more you crap, the more the tax collector can wipe you clean! ~  Norman E. Mass. device firms see health law as burden

Say tax will force cost cuts

By Jay Fitzgerald
Massachusetts medical-device companies say they’ll cut back on operational costs - and jobs - after a planned 2.3 percent tax on their products is implemented in 2013, according to a new survey.
The Massachusetts Medical Device Industry Council, which held its annual meeting yesterday in Boston, said about 90 percent of the 100 medical-device firms said they would reduce costs due to the new tax tucked into the recently passed health-care reform bill.
The tax - imposed to help pay for the massive health-care industry overhaul and expansion - is “of the greatest concern” to a majority of its members, the survey found.
About 70 percent of the survey respondents said future innovation will be hurt by a new federal “physician sunshine bill.” The bill will require medical-device firms to report their marketing expenditures on physicians, and a recently passed gift-ban law in Massachusetts.
About 41 percent of the council’s members said the new health-care bill will help the industry by expanding the number of people getting health-care insurance.
But 42 percent said the new health-care reform bill won’t increase their business, the survey found.

This is a great industry that that still manufactures in the U.S. Leave it to the lefties to hate this successful industry and punish it. Do you want you defibrillator made in China? Your dialysis machine?

Democrats' policies costing the US more jobs.

Other recent examples: Post Office closed on Saturday, approximately 40,000 jobs. Have you noticed that geezers almost ready for retirement are now working mail delivery in many communities?

Also, the PACT act ... putting vendors and their employees out of business on the Internet. PACT act does not allow cigarettes to be mailed to vendors' customers any longer,

How many vendors lost their businesses and how many more postal workers are out of jobs?

Democrats are costing us jobs. And, the above are just 3 examples, medical device makers, postal workers, and cigarette vendors and staffs on the Internet.

Next Democrat move == tax the crap out of Internet vendors to create an equal playing field.

Whenever you hear the phrase *an equal playing field" hold on to your wallets.

Don't worry! Our Governor will fix everything by taxing anything that takes up space at a rate of 6.25%. That includes items already taxed, like alcohol/cigarettes/tires, and your last years income tax return.

Once again we bring you an update on the effects of ObamaCare, and once again those effects are negative. According to a survey taken of medical device manufacturers in Massachusetts, 90% of them are preparing for cutbacks and layoffs because of a new tax that will be levied on them starting in 2013.

So all of you ObamaCare supporters, please explain to me how this can be a good thing.

It isn't a good thing, of course, which is kind of my whole point. A prescription of higher taxes and government control of health insurance and medical treatment is unlikely to "save the patient." As a matter of fact, THAT prescription is likely to cause a Code Blue for our entire health care system.

And that's NEVER a good sign...
