I can think of dozens of people to form a "fair jury" to give the %$@&%$*# a "fair trial," before we execute him.
That's a good one! Although in this case I wouldn't mind putting the fairness aside. This man deserves a death sentence and the trial doesn't seem to be necessary. I understand the problem is the Guantanamo investigation technics but even if he was not that so-called mastermind, it is clear, he was connected with this terrorist attack and whoever has something to do with it, deserves the hardest punishment, whatever his role was.
