"Our cause is liberty and liberty is worth the cause."

"Our cause is liberty and liberty is worth the cause."

How It All Began... (from )

At the end of January I was asked by the Chairman of the Suwannee REC to help review a Constitutional primer he was to give to voters in Dowling Park, Florida due to my background with a Constitutional Law firm in Seminole, Florida. I was then asked by the Suwannee County Republican Executive Committee to give a presentation of my own on the Constitution. I gave a presentation on Originalism. The presentation was well-received and multiple invitations came in from various groups. I also taught the Constitution in the public school through Florida Supreme Court Justice Fred Lewis’ “Justice Teaching” program. After giving many presentations over a period of four months, I received an invitation to speak on Constitutional issues at a tax day rally. It was the speech at this gathering and an appearance on WJTK that apparently invoked the wrath of my employer, Sate Attorney “Skip” Jarvis. Below are the links to the tax day speech, Mr. Jarvis’s emails, and the ensuing federal complaint.

Sounds to me like ol' Skip ain't into the free speech thing. Could it be he was influenced by the beloved governor, a Florida progressive?

I reckon I need to add a bit to my last remark. This young lady could be my daughter any time she wants.

Kris Anne has it all together.

As much as I'm down on attorneys I'll make an exception in this case...if she ran for office I'd move to her state just to vote for her!
