Re-Writing History Obama Style...Hey parents, "Wake up!"

A second posting was done in April of 2010 after another copy of the video was discovered. See Muslims Discovered America re-visited I post it here for a third time hoping that more parents recognize what their children are learning... I almost hate to use that word in this case, for it's no longer the learning as we once knew; it's more like indoctrination and/or brain-washing...actually, Obama said it best, "We are going to fundamentally change America."  And what better way to change this once great country than by poisoning the minds of innocent children.

At the rate we're going, pretty soon I'll have to start all over again... in kindergarten! I believe everything that transpired since 1492 was pretty much the way it was. Unless, of course. you are a paid-off institution of higher learning.

I have been a long time critic of the U.S. Department of Education (DOE) and Institutions of higher learning…there are actually seditious groups of educators that want to re-write history. Further, they do this not only to indoctrinate (brainwash) our children but to blindly fill their coffers with dirty money from countries that want to do us harm. The greed for multimillion dollar donations has not been thought through as to the harm that will eventually come to America (much harm has already come). But just a minute…maybe it has been thought through.

Back in 1932 there was no such thing as the Department of Education. There was, however a number of books published during that time that included one by the head of the Communist Party in America, William Foster. He (Foster) was one of the first to suggest a National (federal government controlled) Department of Education (side note: Foster was born in my home town of Taunton, Massachusetts).

Another writer and Educator, George Counts blatantly suggested that, “…teachers should deliberately reach for power and then make the most of their conquest in order to influence the social attitudes of the coming generations…”

So hold it right there! Have not all these things come to be? A Department of Education, both at the national and state level. Teachers reach for power? You bet! The National Teachers Association (NEA) is one of the most powerful groups in the country! In collusion with the DOE they have succeeded in getting control of the school systems all over America. In doing so they have slowly but intentionally changed the mindsets of our children.

This change has but one intent; to get rid of God and religion in favor of one humanistic approach to our view of the world.

Now the Humanists and the Communists both took the long view to change things. That is they knew it would take several generations before their ideology would usurp the Judeo-Christian and capitalistic mindset of the pioneers that shaped America. And that generation has arrived.

It has arrived but it has not been fully empowered. But they’re close. Very close. To complete the takeover will probably take just one more generation and they’re doing that with money. Is an Obama Dictatorship in the Air? Predictions on the Future of America

Longtime readers will recall that I began warning about Barack Obama’s dictatorial ambitions before he even won the 2008 presidential election. Now, finally, more people are beginning to take this possibility as a serious threat.

Obama’s recent contention that it would be “unprecedented” for the Supreme Court to overrule congressional legislation had dictatorship written all over it. It was, quite obviously, an ignorant slip on his part.
Rather than lashing out with absurd statements like this, the Marxmeister does much better when he follows the far-left playbook and innocently feigns indignation over anything that isn’t to his liking. Or when he isolates and vilifies his natural enemies — primarily Republicans, the “rich,” and Tea Partiers.
Targeting the Supreme Court showed a lack of self-discipline in adhering to his well-planned stealth-Marxism strategy. His angry, careless remark must have given chest pains to cheerleading, brainless Obamaviks everywhere. I hear through the grapevine that even the Wicked Witch of Kansas, Kathleen Sebelius, uncontrollably blurted out, “You idiot!”
Then there’s poor Jay Carney, who appeared to be on the verge of breaking into tears while playing with his pacifier and trying to find a way to spin BHO’s idiotic misstatement. How in the world did Obama expect someone who looks sixteen years old and talks like he’s fourteen to convince the press that his boss, who supposedly taught constitutional law, was just kidding about the Supreme Court’s not having the power to overturn legislation it deems to be unconstitutional?
I will say yet again what I have been saying for more than three years: If polls indicate that Obama is going to win the upcoming election, no problem. He’ll keep flashing that fake Barry Obama grin until November 7, then move swiftly to begin unleashing a dictatorial full monty — consisting of more regulations, higher taxes, and less freedom — that will overwhelm all but his staunchest Marxist allies.
Nothing will be off limits — a national police force, instant citizenship for all third-world people who want to come to America (especially those with criminal records), forced equalization of income (except for Obama’s wealthy supporters), widespread use of tax-audits to carry out vendettas against enemies of his administration, a virtual end to oil drilling, coal mining, and gas exploration, suspension of habeas corpus, a new sedition act that will make it a crime to speak out against the government, the police, or the military … and much, much more.
On the other hand, two or three months before the election, if the polls clearly show that Obama is going to go down in defeat, I believe there’s better than a 50-50 chance of a major “emergency” magically making its appearance, convincingly manufactured in such a way as to cause the average entitlement junkie to agree that we must rally around the president and “postpone” the November elections.
Left-wing Democratic Governor Beverly Perdue of North Carolina, who is likely headed for defeat in 2012, sent up a trial balloon on this very issue last September when she said:

I think we ought to suspend, perhaps, elections for Congress for two years and just tell them we won’t hold it against them — whatever decisions they make — to just let them help this country recover. I really hope that someone can agree with me on that. You want people who don’t worry about the next election.

And during a speech in Las Vegas, Obama, railing on about the woeful economy he inherited, said that “we can’t wait for an increasingly dysfunctional Congress to do its job. Where they won’t act, I will.” That was no trial balloon. It was a clear message about his dictatorial intentions in his second term.
Americans who find it difficult to break free of their normalcy bias should think about F. A. Hayek’s explanation, in The Road to Serfdom, of how countries travel the road leading from democracy to dictatorship:

Hitler did not have to destroy democracy; he merely took advantage of the decay of democracy and at the critical moment obtained the support of many to whom, though they detested Hitler, he yet seemed the only man strong enough to get things done.

Likewise, notwithstanding his cunning and cleverness, Chairman Obama didn’t walk into a finely tuned republic and reduce it to a redistribution-of-wealth democracy overnight. The reason he and his left-wing cronies have been able to violate the Constitution as though it didn’t exist is that they are merely taking advantage of the decay of our republic into a democracy — and the subsequent decay of our democracy — that was already present when they came to power.
The Founding Fathers realized that a democracy is but a pretense for tyranny of the majority. And so did Winston Churchill, more than a century-and-a-half later, when he described it as “the worst form of government, except for all the others that have been tried from time to time.”
Like all democracies before it, our democracy has destroyed itself through an excess of democracy. Majority rule has evolved into a free‑for‑all stampede of citizens appealing to politicians to give them more and more of the plunder. And there is never a shortage of vile human beings who are willing to resort to meaningless slogans like “hope and change” to win over the mindless masses.
In his book Keeping the Republic, Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels brings the reader face to face with reality:

History teaches us that all national greatness is temporary. Every great civilization — from the Roman Empire to the British Empire — has eventually collapsed. Americans have grown complacent in their position of dominance, but the term “the American Century” suggests how relatively brief this period of dominance has been. An ancient Roman would not have been impressed by a less-than-one-hundred-year run on top.
Decline and fall are only occasionally foreseen by those en route to those destinations, and still less often forestalled by forceful and timely action. Denial of reality is a powerful human impulse, as is the tendency to mistake the status quo for the natural and inevitable order of things.

Dictatorship and total collapse is in the air. I can feel it. That’s why it was encouraging when Lieutenant Colonel Terry Lakin, a decorated Army doctor, refused to go to Afghanistan unless Barack Obama would make his birth certificate public, which resulted in his serving six months in prison and being dishonorably discharged. But it’s far more discouraging that no other high-ranking officer has had the courage to join him.
This is an important issue, because I continue to believe that if a dictatorship starts to emerge (many would argue that it already has), it may ultimately get down to a question of whether, at the moment of truth, the military will take orders from Barack Obama or, instead, side with American citizens.
Those who chuckle at all this would do well to bone up on their history.

Obama-Clinton Step Up War On Catholics

JPMorgan Chase Closes Vatican Bank Account   (From The Blaze)

JPMorgan Chase is shutting down the Vatican’s bank account with its Milan branch due to a “lack of transparency,” according to Reuters.

“The Vatican bank, also known as the Institute for Works of Religion (IOR), is having its account phased out and closed by March 30,” Business Insider’s Julia La Roche reports, “because it apparently ‘failed to provide sufficient information on money transfers.’”

Needless to say, this is a setback for the Holy See as it attempts to qualify for Europe’s “white list” of financial institutions that meet all international regulatory standards on money-laundering and tax fraud.

“Italy’s leading financial daily Il Sole 24 Ore reported at the weekend that JP Morgan Chase in Milan had told the IOR of the closing of its account in a letter on Feb. 15,” Philip Pullella and Lisa Jucca of Reuters report. “The letter said the IOR‘s account in Italy’s business capital would gradually be phased out starting on March 16 and closed on March 30.”

Two things should be noted: first, this isn’t the first time the Vatican has been suspected of engaging in financial fraud. Second, something should be said about the timing of the bank’s decision.

As to the first point: The Vatican’s finances have been under scrutiny for some time. Regulators are investigating €1.5 billion that passed through the Vatican’s Milan account. Investigators refer to this account as a “sweeping facility,” which means the account was emptied at the end of each day for an 18-months period and all funds were transferred to another IOR account in Germany, according to Il Sole 24 Ore.

Furthermore, the Vatican is still dealing with negative press it received in September, 2010, when investigators froze €23 million ($33 million) in funds in two Italian banks after opening an investigation into possible money-laundering scheme.

“The bank said it did nothing wrong and was just transferring funds between its own accounts. The money was released in June 2011 but Rome magistrates are continuing their probe,” Reuters reports.

Adding to the growing list of Vatican woes is the “Vatileaks” scandal, in which documents, including letters to Pope Benedict, were published by Italian media outlets.

“Some of the leaked documents appear to show a conflict among top Vatican officials about just how transparent the bank should be about dealings that took place before it enacted its new laws,” Reuters reports.

So JPMorgan is simply reacting to reasonable concerns over possible financial indiscretions, right?

This brings us to our second point, that is, the timing of the bank’s decision. True, the aforementioned concerns over the IOR’s finances have raised some eyebrows, but the Vatican has since responded.

For instance, last year the Vatican formally adopted internal laws to comply with international standards on financial crime and they now comply with the rules of the Paris-based Financial Action Task Force (FATF), according to Reuters.

Moreover, the IOR has created an internal Financial Information Authority (FIA) and has “committed to comply with international anti-money laundering standards and liaise with the group and law enforcement agencies,” according to the report.

Which brings us back to the question: why did JPMorgan decide that now was the time to “phase out” the account? Investigations haven’t presented any new information, the Vatican has enacted major reforms, and talk of money-laundering and tax fraud are still just allegations.

Perhaps JPMorgan chose to close the account after the U.S. State Department decided to include the Vatican on its “financial crimes” list.

“For the first time, the Vatican has found itself on the U.S. State Department’s list of potential money-launderers,” The Blaze’s Billy Hallowell reported last week.

“According to the State Department, the Vatican made the list because it is considered vulnerable to laundering and because it had recently put a program into place to prevent financial abuses,” he added.

But much like JPMorgan’s decision to close the Milan account, some found the timing of the State Department’s inclusion of the Vatican on its “financial crimes” list a little odd: “Clearly, there are issues of concern, but the Catholic Church is taking measures to address these elements.”

Were either of these decisions aimed at the Holy See’s finances really necessary?

Considering the fact that the Catholic Church is currently engaged in a culture war with the Obama administration (and the world at large), a few critics believe we are witnessing much more than a mere pursuit of “financial transparency.”

Can we skip right to the chase and say that Obama does not have the authority he says he has every time he issues an Executive Order (EO)...he issues these faux fiats with what he thinks will become the rule of law.   There is nowhere in our Constitutional Republic that authorizes the Executive branch, either the office or the person, to impose any kind of directive or dictate that challenges the very wording of our founding documents.  In his latest EO, NATIONAL DEFENSE RESOURCES PREPAREDNESS, Obama hints at martial law during peacetime which you can read about here:

That and other EO's are clearly the actions of a dictator and brings to mind the oft repeated phrase by Cicero regarding the traitor from within:

Obama is clearly that traitor! In any event there are some Americans that can see through the usurper's dream of fundamentally changing the make-up of this once proud and free country...its obviously no longer free, just look what one has to go through just to get on an airplane.  Of course these changes did not all originate with the current occupier of the White House.  We can trace the origins of the conspirators back through William Jefferson Clinton, George Herbert Walker Bush, Franklin Delano Roosevelt and back to Woodrow Wilson.  But we won't get into those individuals here but suffice it to say they are all guilty of treason from within. 
During the Clinton administration there was a Sheriff Richard Mack that challenged the overreaching powers of the federal government and took his case all the way up to the Supreme Court...and won!  Sheriff Mack is mentioned in the videos below...in fact he held the meeting that took place.  But just to give you an idea of what's going on all over this country these videos deserve your utmost attention.  Maybe you should watch them more than once or twice (sometimes videos of this subject matter somehow get pulled and disappear of the radar screen for they inform too much) it should help in educating others who may be too oblivious of what's going on around them. ~ Norman E. Political Malady Now Defined ...Flatulence of the mouth!

I'm not sure that if I were this child's teacher that I would have approved of the subject material for I think it borders on the approval of uncouth behaviour.  Its certainly not in keeping with our original puritanical upbringing, but that said,  nothing seems to be uncouth in today's politically correct environment.  However, now that this sixth grader speech has gone public, its only fitting that we find some application for its existence.  Certainly it has a place in politics and is readidly adaptable in replacing that old addage known as hot air.  We could now say without the fear of being uncouth that most politicians suffer from flatulence of the mouth...and they really do stink!  With Pelosi, Reid, and Obama letting off the most gas we can now safely say they're on par with the lowly termite (see list below). ~ Norman E. Hi, today I am going to talk to you about farts.

Some people think farts are rude and some people think farts are funny, like
me.

I think farts are hilarious.

Farting is a fact of life. Everybody farts. The Queen farts, superstars fart
and I fart. We will fart until the day we die.

And apparently a person can still fart after death!!

Do you know why we fart?

Flatulence, wind or farts, whatever you like to call them, is the production
of the mixture of gases in the digestive tract, that are by products of the
digestive process.

The average person farts about 14 times a day, which produces about half a
litre of fart gas.(Personally, I think I fart more than 14 times a day).

Farts are made up of the following: Nitrogen, the main ingredient making up
59 percent; next behind is hydrogen at 21 percent; 9 percent carbon dioxide;
7 percent methane, 3 percent oxygen and 1 percent other stuff.

But listen to this - hydrogen sulphide is the compound that makes them
stink!

closet, as it is impossible to suffocate in your own farts. Unless Ben (my
little brother) is in there with you!

Anyway next time you fart, don’t think it’s rude. Just know that
everybottie, oops, I mean, everybody, farts.

Somehow I missed this story...and somehow maybe you did, but its not at all surprising for this is exactly the kind of control the Obama administration is yearning for...irregardless of what the spokesman states in the last paragraph.  Here in this country it may take a bit longer to take over control of the Internet but it can be done and Obama will find a way to do it.  Further, and for those of you who voted for Hillary Clinton, same story!  Hillary was the recipient of thousands of dollars when she was a U.S. Senator which was suppose to go for Internet control legislation.  The legislation never got off the ground but she kept the money anyway.  My point here is, all you people who think you are free and expect to remain free, just watch it all come to a screeching halt when the same administration remains in office and tightens their reins.  Yeah, you might still have Internet but it will be called Intranet... and guess how much off the map that is! ~ Norman E. Egypt has gone dark. According to Renesys, a Manchester, N.H.-based company that monitors Internet routing data, the Egyptian government appears to have taken the unprecedented step of ordering service providers to shut down all international connections to the Internet.
"Every Egyptian provider, every business, bank, Internet cafe, website, school, embassy and government office that relied on the big four Egyptian ISPs for their Internet connectivity is now cut off from the rest of the world," Renesys said in a blog post. "The Egyptian government's actions . . . have essentially wiped their country from the global map."
At 12:34 a.m. Friday in Egypt, Renesys said they observed the virtually simultaneous withdrawal of all routes to Egyptian networks in the Internet's global routing table. The company said this is different from what happened previously in Tunisia, where specific routes were blocked, or in Iran, where the Internet connections were rendered painfully slow.
The blackout also appeared to extend to mobile phones. British Telecom provider Vodafone confirmed on their website that all mobile operators in Egypt were instructend to suspend services in selected areas of the country. "Under Egyptian legislation the authorities have the right to issue such an order and we are obliged to comply with it," the company said.

And the fact that those in Egypt might not see reaction from the US government, which condemned the moves, was not lost on State Department Spokesman P.J. It has been 3 years of 24/7/365 fight. I was defamed, viciously maligned by so many Obots (Obama bots), pro-Obama media thugs, by a few corrupt officials and judges. Recently even people, who claimed to be on my side turned sides and viciously defamed me and attacked me. Among them were Arlen Williams, Dean Haskins, owner of a blog Birther Summit, Bob Nelson-owner of a blog Birther Report or ObamaReleaseYourRecords, Helen Tansey -owner of a blog art2superpac and even attorneys, who should’ve had some professional ethics. Attorneys Gary Kreep and Philip Berg filed insane pleadings, saying that I tried to hire a hit man to kill Lisa Liberi, legal assistant of attorney Berg and kidnap children of a web master Lisa Ostella. It has been 3 years of total nightmare, these people were like a pack of wild dogs attacking me and coming up with each and every accusation in the book. Now I am vindicated. My legal action is with merit. We are going to trial on January 26, 2012. I issued subpoenas. Barack Obama through his attorney Michael Jablonski filed a motion to quash my subpoena and all the other subpoenas. I was attacked yet again in this motion. Judge Malihi just issued an order. Motion to quash my subpoena was denied. Barack Obama, President of the United States will have to appear in court on January 26 and comply with my subpoena and produce all the documents, that I demanded. Interesting, that two other attorneys are representing plaintiffs on similar matters: Van Irion and Mark Hatfield. They could have an opportunity to examine Obama with me, however either because I was maligned so badly or because they were scared to press the most explosive charges, these attorneys filed motions for their cases to be severed from my case. Their motions were granted. Irion’s case will be heard first. He stated on the record, that his case will take only 10 minutes and will be limited to ascertainment if Obama is legitimate based on the precedent of Minor v Happerset. Obama will not be answering any of his questions. Second will be a case presented by attorney Hatfield. He, also, severed his case and did not issue any subpoenas. In his motion to sever he stated that he did not want to be joined in the same complaint with me, because he did not want to be part of a case, where I brought forward allegations of elections fraud and social security fraud committed by Barack Obama. Hatfield was saying that he was afraid that his clients will be prejudiced by such explosive allegations. Yesterday, after I filed an opposition to motion to quash, attorney Hatfield tried to follow suit by filing a notice to appear, however notice does not have as much of a force as a subpoena and I do not believe Obama will be complying with a notice, particularly since Hatfield’s complaint does not entail the same charges as mine. My case will be heard third. My case will not be limited to definition of natural born based on a case Minor v Happersett. I will be also presenting a case, showing that elections fraud was committed by Barack Obama, that he is using a forged birth certificate, stolen or fraudulently obtained Social Security number and that there is no evidence to believe that the last name he is using is legally his, due to the fact, that in his mother’s passport he goes under the name Soebarkah and in his school registration in Indonesia he went by the last name Soetoro. There is no evidence of legal change of name.
I wanted to thank people who helped me along the way with donations, who did not stick a knife in my back, like the ones mentioned before. Make no mistake about it. This is the beginning of Watergate2 or ObamaForgeryGate. I believe this is the second time in the U.S. history a sitting President is ordered to comply with a subpoena, and produce documents, which might eventually bring criminal charges to the President and a number of high ranking individuals.
I feel extremely proud to be a part of this historic moment. I guess an American dream is still alive, as this subpoena was issued by an immigrant, who was raised in a communist dictatorship of the Soviet Union and came here with one suitcase with a couple of dresses, who had to study English, to study law at night, while working as a dentist and raising a family with 3 children. Greetings Dr Taitz -- It is a pleasure to speak with you again. There are many conservatives living in the EU have witnessed (first hand) the changes a country goes though when a silver-tongued socialist or dictatorial figurehead and their absolute-power form of government strong-arms their way into power through a chain of corruption that is supported by a barrage of Utopian-like propaganda that, in the end, may be nothing like what was promised in the campaign, but designed for his/her's ultimate success. This is similar to a bloodless coup.

Once in office, those who loyally assisted in his/her successful rise to power are then rewarded with a lucrative "Thank You" in the form of an appointment to a high position within the new Administration. If there are not enough government positions available, the new leader will then create a position of limited power like a Czar, that could oversee an entire department within the government - whether the loyal subordinate has experience or not in the position (sound familiar?).

Dr. Taitz, you will be pleased to learn that many Europeans and people living in other regions around the world are aware of your gallant efforts to bring certain Articles of United States Constitution to the "table of compliance" which addresses not only Obama's eligibility (or ineligibility), but also his explanation of why he is alleged to have been using a fraudulent CT social security number when, in fact, Mr. Obama has never lived in Connecticut.

In addition there are a growing number of questionable transactions including what has become a "Solargate", of sorts in which hujnfreds of millions of taxpayer dollars was handed out to at least two solar technology companies that Mr.Obama had quietly authorized. "Solorgate" may also be connected to a relative of a prominent democrat that could be a conflict of interest and prove costly for Mr. Obama and the American people.

I have noticed a recent increase in the number of "conservative Europeans' who sympathize and support attorney Dr. Orly Taitz's uphill legal battles and the majority of Americans who are also fighting for America to "stay American" and keep their American way of life in tact. They (we) want to prevent the USA from having to endure the radical social and political fates that other countries have met.

Those foreign-born "patriots of conservative government", even though they live in the EU, are starting to speak-out on our behalf the United States (we Americans) because they, too, see the disturbing similarities in the sequence of events that has happened during the process of change their own country went through. They fear they are witnessing a similar scenario in the direction that Mr. Obama is attempting to take the USA.

In my opinion, I think the growing number of people living in the EU who are pro-American are worried that if the United States were to keep on their current path and fall into a socialist form of government, America's defenses will certainly erode by design and the desire to protect and keep those smaller and more politically vulnerable democratic nations will diminish as well, leaving smaller democracies even more vulnerable to unwanted political and in some cases military aggression by others -but this time with no "Big Brother" USA to come to their rescue.

They do NOT want to see America, the greatest and most generous country in the history of the planet, to have to endure the same suppressive changes and challenges they went through in their own country. Dr. Taitz knows this first hane, immigrating from a communist country herself and "Americanizing" herself to rise up and become a noted proponent for the return of relevancy of the Constitution and the preservation of "the American way of life".

Thanks to true American patriots like Dr. Orly Taitz, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio and a few others who have engaged themselves in upholding the Constitution of the United States by challenging Obama's eligibility to be president as well as other legal issues that appear to be part of a pattern of deception in which Mr. Obama has followed to gain enough control to be handed the keys to the White House. Some Europeans and others know the truth about Mr. Obama. Why can't the USSC see it? Or d they see it and are afraid to investigate because of political pressure to "just let it ride" and to not jeopardize their own positions by obligating themselves to further investigate the issues if their first round of discovery proves what Dr. Taitz, myself and others already know to be true.

In my opinion, the USSC and others who have been asked to engage themselves and their resources in this historical investigation fear they may become directly involved in the biggest case of political fraud the United States has ever seen of which could prove costly to them and their careers. On the other hand, they could become heroes for upholding the integrity of the Constitution and the United States.

The following front page of "The Globe" was sent to me today from a close friend and fellow/lady conservative in Germany. She, as well as many of my friends, family and associates have followed your admirably tenacious and bird-dog-like efforts in nailing this squatter who has homesteaded himself and his tight-lipped family in the White House and armed himself with his team of attorneys whom, themselves, MUST know the truth about their employer but fail to act on America's behalf. Obama's lawyers continue to fail America's Constitution and what it stands-for.

 Once in awhile the "Globe", "National Inquirer" and a few of the gossip rags get the story right and and develop the gonads to publish the scoop first ("publish" being the key word). In this case, the entire liberal media has known the truth. and thanks to courageous attorneys like Orly Taitz and a true American patriot Arizona Sheriff, the constant coverage and pressure to produce will eventually force the USSC to finally step up to the plate and act on behalf of the people of the USA and the Constitution of the United States.

As if we really needed to be reminded that Obama is a lying skunk, here are three tall tales he brazenly told as he was pitching his disastrous health care “reform” scheme to the American people.
The good news is a majority of us never bought what the President was selling. The bad news of course is the Democrats gleefully shoved the heinous Obamacare bill down our throats anyway.

Is this the end of America? Three items that will make you a believer...the fourth item is supposed to make me a believer.

Item #1 Oklahoma pharmacist sentenced to life in teen’s death

OKLAHOMA CITY — An Oklahoma pharmacist convicted of murder in the shooting death of a teenager who tried to rob the south Oklahoma City pharmacy where he worked was sentenced to life in prison with the possibility of parole Monday in spite of his defense attorney and supporters’ pleas that he be set free.  Read the rest here: Boston Herald

The injustice here is:  Why should a productive member of society spend any time in jail for some worthless member of society?  Further, while the District Attorney states, "The rule of law applies. No one is above it." he makes a mockery of the system already mocked by the powers to be...if no one is above the law then why hasn't Barack Obama, Eric Holder, Nancy Pelosi, Hilary Clinton, and the rest of them been sentenced to long jail terms for violating existing laws.  Sometimes the rule of law has to be interpreted with common sense rather than the letter of the law.  Common sense tells us that crooked politicians should go to jail and law abiding pharmacists should be exonerated. ~ Norman E. What if your Congressman came into your house and said you can keep your children, but we are going to take a kidney, one leg, an eye, and half of their teeth from each of your children. They say doing this will limit that childs future ability at having happiness and prosperity, but it will help someone else RIGHT NOW who needs those things more than your child!! What would you say? Would you just stand there and say or do NOTHING? That is essentially what is happening. We are doing NOTHING to stop the harmful things that our government is doing to us.  Giving OUR money to fix up mosques in ANY country is BULL CRAP!! The current "Ruling Class" (I say current because I hope a change is coming soon!) is burying us and our children and grandchildren in a debt system that is impossible to repay. They have also allowed our culture to be diluted and destroyed from within.  I still cannot believe what I just watched!!   What do you think?

Item #3 (this one is bad...real bad) It’s Time to Inspect D.C.’s Hack Inspectors

Yesterday, Jim Epstein of Reason TV and I were arrested at a public meeting of the D.C. Taxicab Commission (DCTC). The meeting was held at the U.S. Park Police headquarters. Somehow, Park Police officers got roped into becoming the DCTC’s armed security and both Epstein and I have been charged by the Park Police with “Unlawful Entry/Remaining” and “Disorderly Conduct.” Our “crime”? Taking pictures or video.
Less than an hour into the public meeting, a hack (taxi) inspector – with “K. Bears #17″ written on his shirt – told me I couldn’t take pictures. He stood in my way to ensure that I didn’t photograph the DCTC commissioners on the dais. I settled on taking a photo of him instead. Not long after, things went haywire.

“I am troubled by actions taken by the [DCTC],” wrote Ward 6 Councilmember Tommy Wells in a strongly worded letter to Attorney General Irvin Nathan. “While the details are unclear, following a request of DCTC members or staff, two armed Park Police officers entered the auditorium, put a reporter in handcuffs, and removed him from the room. This was reportedly for taking photographs or making a video recording of the proceedings at an open and public meeting.”
As I sat in the front row recording the testimony of Jim Dickson of the American Association of People with Disabilities, two Park Police officers approached me. “You can come with me or you can get locked up,” said one.
“You cannot stop a reporter from [recording]. That’s outrageous,” responded Dickson. Despite the protests of the approximately 200 people in attendance, I was hauled away. Washington Post columnist John Kelly, who was present, wrote, “suddenly, a clot of Park Police officers frogmarched Tucker out of the auditorium.” Epstein caught it all on video, which led to his being placed in the jail cell next to me.
“The folks at the D.C. Taxicab Commission and the U.S. Park Police have got some splainin’ to do [regarding the arrest of] two reporters… during a DCTC meeting for, you know, reporting,” wrote City Paper‘s Alan Suderman. “Is it a public meeting or not?” asked NBC4 reporter Tom Sherwood.
Speaking to Martin Austermuhle of dcist.com, Johnny Barnes, executive director of the ALCU of the Nation’s Capital, said, “We find the actions of the Taxicab Commission to be kind of strange.”
The DCTC has a history of doing strange things, particularly Interim Chair Dena Reed. At DCTC’s March meeting, then-General Counsel Reed attempted to ban Fox5 photojournalist Jason Smith from recording. “If the cameras don’t leave the room, we’re not going to have the meeting,” said Reed, who was overruled by then-Chair Leon Swain.
As interim chair, with no one above her, Reed has gone even further. A notice posted on the DCTC walls before the May meeting read, “NO TELEVISION CAMERAS. NO VIDEO TAPING. NO AUDIO TAPING. ” The subject of the hearing was Ms. Reed’s attempted rewrite of Title 31, the regulatory code that governs the taxicab industry.
Drivers, concerned that the proposed changes to Title 31 will put many of them out of business, attempted to submit a petition with more than 900 signatures. Instead of accepting it, the DCTC pushed drivers out, locked the doors, turned the lights off, called the police, and referred to the drivers as “a mob.”
The DCTC is badly in need of reform. And it’s not just the leadership. Taxi drivers describe widespread mistreatment by hack inspectors, who appear to face little to no consequences for their actions.
The answer, though, is not to abolish the DCTC, as some have called for. Instead, the DCTC should be strengthened and brought into compliance with the 1985 Taxicab Commission Establishment Act which calls for three industry representatives to be on the DCTC. Presently, there are none.
If drivers are included in the political process many issues can be solved before they erupt into a public spectacle. Take, for example, drivers’ response to Dickson’s testimony. The Small Business Association of DC Taxicab Drivers, an umbrella organization representing some 4,000 drivers, is setting up a meeting with Dickson to figure out how to deal with the serious problem of drivers not stopping for those with service animals.
Lastly, there’s no way to explain how so many hard-working, decent people can be excluded from the political process – at times targeted by it – without talking about racism and xenophobia. It took two reporters being arrested to draw attention to the DCTC’s misdeeds. But for years, countless drivers have been raising these concerns.
Maybe it’s time we listen.

How bad is it? Have we become a police state? ...lets look at a definition:

The term police state describes a state in which the government exercises rigid and repressive controls over the social, economic and political life of the population. A police state typically exhibits elements of totalitarianism and social control, and there is usually little or no distinction between the law and the exercise of political power by the executive.  The inhabitants of a police state experience restrictions on their mobility, and on their freedom to express or communicate political or other views, which are subject to police monitoring or enforcement. Political control may be exerted by means of a secret police force force which operates outside the boundaries normally imposed by a constitutional state.

Now I'm pretty sure that we live (or should that be past tense, "had lived") in a constitutional state and the constitution has kept us united and free for a good number of years...that is until the extremists came into power (we could probably start with Woodrow Wilson but it's the modern extremists we're concerned with here...such as Barack Obama).  So did the police in the video operate outside the boundaries of our constitution?  Lets take a look at the first amendment to the constitution that once kept us free:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

Insofar as I know Congress has not made any law abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble...all elements depicted in the video.  Just what crimes were committed that warranted the police to make an arrest?  None! Zero!
Zilch! Nada!  In keeping with the above definition is this not the government exercising rigid and repressive controls over the social, economic and political life of the population (in this case an individual)?  I should also point out that there was no distinction between the law and the law-less with the police acting as the latter.  Therefor when police take it upon themselves to arbitrarily arrest someone for no reason (That's no reason whatsoever, and not 'no apparent reason'!) we have fulfilled the meaning of the definition...we now have a police state...and that's very bad, really, really bad!
Though some may not agree with my solution to the problem identified in the video I think in this case it is extremely warranted.  The right to survival comes into play here, and certainly one's freedom is an integral part of survival...as they say in New Hampshire, "Live free, or die!"  Because the police (stealing a line from Obama) acted stupidly, the members of the audience who protested the arrest by walking out of the meeting would have accomplished much for the cause of freedom to have ganged up on the illegal assailants in uniform, stripped them of their weapons and badges and made an example out of them such that they would not dare violate the constitution again...this is not too harsh a punishment...when our Founding Fathers were fighting for our freedom these police would have been tarred and feathered.

Item #4  Should I be worried?  Would you be worried?

Almost every blogger that uses any kind of site meter to check the number of visits he or she receives on their website knows they have been visited by many government agencies.  This happens because the government computers are identified by their IP address such as this:

At one time many bloggers thought that they were being 'watched' or spied upon by such and such government agency only to find out it was some government employee surfing the web while the boss was not watching (the boss was most likely doing the same back in his little cubicle).  But then again, when bloggers write some derogatory stuff that places a politician in questionable circumstances then the guilty politician will click onto the blogger's website to find out what's being said...this happen to me when I wrote a 'nasty' blog about Secretary of State (Massachusetts) Bill Galvin...you can check that out here: TRAITORS...they walk amongst us!     

Well I suppose some bloggers take pride in the number of government agencies and/or politicians that keep watch over their various web sites.  I for one have had almost every government agency known to mankind (I've included some of them in the list below that covers other institutions as well as the government) visiting me from time to time and it didn't concern me none until I had what we call, "an interesting visitor"  The interesting guy turned out to be none other than Barack Obama...go ahead, scroll down, look at the list, you'll find his IP address along with the rest (its highlighted in red).  Some of you know the story of how I was threatened (twice) by Obama's goons and I won't get into that here (but I did keep the phone number of the late night caller...the one I reported to the police).  The whole purpose of this item #4 was to announce another interesting visitor.  Now as I've alluded to before, I'm not in the least concerned about which government agency visits this website except...except maybe this one:
