Why is Governor Newsom exempt from serving time in prison?

Ryan was elected governor in 1998, narrowly defeating Democratic Congressman Glenn Poshard. He received national attention for his 2000 moratorium on executions in Illinois and for commuting more than 160 death sentences to life sentences in 2003. He chose not to run for reelection in 2002 amid a scandal. He was later convicted of federal corruption charges stemming from the illegal sale of commercial drivers licenses which resulted in the deaths of six children while serving as secretary of state and spent more than five years in federal prison and seven months of home confinement. He was released from federal prison on July 3, 2013.

Increase in broad daylight stabbings and some thoughts on AI (Artificial Intelligence).

+
The subject of daylight stabbings was presented for AI (Artificial Intelligence)  analysis and/or answers to the "Why" of the matter.
Foremost in most people's minds is that AI is in fact, artificial.  And we can readily see that it is not.  There’s obviously a hint of human intervention in AI's response by the fact that there's overwhelming evidence that broad daylight stabbings are brought about in western societies by, illegal or otherwise, immigration from Islamic countries. AI never mentions this.  It's obvious that the politic elite of the New World Order generation has some control over the output of AI's so-called intelligence.  And if you believe everything that AI has regurgitated, you are already under their control...which is their objective. ~ Norman E. Hooben
Why do daylight stabbings occur?
  • Mental health issues: Many individuals responsible for multiple stabbings have been diagnosed with serious mental illnesses. For others, general frustration with life can cause them to lash out in anger or rage.
  • Substance abuse: The use of drugs and alcohol has been linked to an increased incidence of violence, including knife crime.
  • Social and economic deprivation: Studies show that areas with higher poverty and unemployment rates often see more violent crime.
  • Fear and self-protection: Some individuals, particularly young people in gang-infested areas, carry knives for self-defense. This increases the likelihood of violence if they are confronted.
  • Gang culture: Knife crimes are frequently associated with gang activity, which includes territorial disputes and drug trafficking.
  • Availability of weapons: In countries with strict gun control, knives are often the most commonly used weapon for murders. This is in contrast to the United States, where firearms are used more frequently.
  • Trends and statistics
  • While violent crime is more likely to occur at night, data from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention shows that juvenile violent crime peaks in the afternoon between 3 and 4 p.m..
  • Daylight Saving Time has been anecdotally linked to a decrease in certain types of violent crime, as more ambient evening light makes it easier to spot potential threats.
  • Research shows that different types of crime have different temporal patterns. For example, some studies have found that while overall crime might be higher during the day, more serious violent offenses like murder and robbery still occur more frequently at night.

Enter the mind of a killer. And was he funded by those who admit to be Democrat Socialists?

The following was posted on Facebook.
Charlie Kirk Tragedy: DSA Ties Exposed! 😱💥 #CharlieKirk #DSA

Explosive new details reveal Tyler Robinson, the confessed assassin of conservative icon Charlie Kirk, received over $50,000 from Democratic Socialists of America (DSA)-linked accounts before the Utah incident. 💰 Federal probes uncover funds funneled through shell groups for "community organizing," supporting Robinson’s logistics, including travel and tactical gear. 🔫 Evidence shows continued DSA funding, with $20,000 deposited to Robinson’s boyfriend’s account. 🚨 The FBI is now investigating DSA leaders like AOC and Zohran Mamdani for possible conspiracy in this politically charged hit. The thought occurred to me, that if Sharia Law were allowed to exist, there would be no such thing as American football, baseball, or even a Coach Tuberville. Think about that!

This warning will not be taken seriously...because all the previous warnings were not taken seriously. Remember when Alex Jones predicted 911 the month before 911...that was seriously correct.

I don't know how many ways I can tell you, so let's start with the following warning (I think we shall call it a threat.) from Charles Schumer himself.  Alex Jones will echo Schumer's threat in his video and the Tucker Carlson video that follows. ~ Storm'n Norm'n

Talk about making the right call.  I labeled the picture "Planned reconnoiter" October 10th, three days later I find this:

"Hamas has recalled about 7,000 members of its security forces to reassert control over areas of Gaza recently vacated by Israeli troops, according to local sources."

@BarackObama

After two years of unimaginable loss and suffering for Israeli families and the people of Gaza, we should all be encouraged and relieved that an end to the conflict is within sight; that those hostages still being held will be reunited with their families; and that vital aid can start reaching those
inside Gaza whose lives have been shattered. More than that, though, it now falls on Israelis and Palestinians, with the support of the U.S. and
the entire world community, to begin the hard task of rebuilding Gaza and to commit to a process that, by recognizing the common humanity and basic rights of both peoples, can achieve a lasting peace.

Storm'n Norm'n still has doubts about Reuters News

So I was prompted by Google to read a headline by Reuters News that in my opinion appeared to be made up in an  attempt to regain respect they once had in the world of delivering the News.  Forgetting where along the way I lost faith in Reuters' reporting, I decided to ask Google's AI (Artificial Intelligence) and got this for an answer:

+13
Several instances during the COVID-19 pandemic led to accusations of bias in Reuters' reporting, most notably regarding the origin of the virus, its reporting on China, and the framing of US policy
. A key challenge for all news outlets was navigating a fast-moving, politically charged crisis with limited information.
Politicization and origin of COVID-19
  • Wuhan lab data: A November 2021 study by Harvard's Shorenstein Center examined media coverage of the WHO's investigation into the virus's origins. It specifically cited a Reuters video headlined "China refused to provide WHO team with raw data on early COVID cases, team member says". The study notes that the quote came from a member who said, "we would have liked, I guess, to have seen the raw data" in response to a leading question. Another team member later claimed their own quotes were "twisted" by the media. Critics noted that Reuters and other outlets uncritically amplified the claim that China was stonewalling the investigation, while other data was provided.
  • Framing of China: A separate study analyzing news headlines from Reuters and the Chinese state-controlled outlet Xinhua found that Reuters' reporting on China and the virus was mostly "balanced, objective, and impartial" in its headlines. However, other analyses found a "generalized negativity bias" against China in Western media coverage, including Reuters. In one case, China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs accused Reuters of "ideological bias" in its coverage.
  • Conflicting narratives: While Reuters reported on U.S. intelligence agencies stating there was no direct evidence for the lab leak theory, the outlet's reporting also reflected the broader international conversation in which Chinese officials promoted the alternate theory that the virus originated in the US.
  • US political divide
    • Presidential criticism: A study in the European Journal of Journalism compared coverage from Reuters, CNN, and Fox News during the early months of the pandemic in 2020. The researchers found that towards the end of February, Reuters began to employ "language that conveyed criticism of the president's performance and questioned the efficacy of his response". The study cited phrases like "mixed messages" and "hunts for options" as indications of this critical tone.
    • Partisan vs. objective reporting: In contrast, the study described Fox News's approach as more optimistic in its apparent support for the president, while Reuters and CNN were more critical. A separate, independent fact-checking review in 2021 noted that Reuters' fact-checking section appeared to have a slight "lean left" bias, but still rated the overall fact-checking section as "Center".
    • COVID-19 vaccine reporting
    • Fact-check framing: Reuters, in its role as a fact-checker, addressed numerous claims related to COVID-19 vaccines and side effects. However, the framing of these fact-checks has also been criticized. For example, some articles focused on debunking misleading interpretations of death data without fully exploring the legitimate concerns about side effects or compensation for injury.
    • VAERS data: Reuters published fact-checks to address misleading claims using data from the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). These articles stated that vaccine side effects were not necessarily connected to immunization and that the vaccines were safe, based on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other evidence. Critics could point to this as potentially biased against vaccine skepticism, arguing it prematurely dismissed public concerns.

AI (Artificial Intelligence) said there was no connection between me and Doris Day...yeah, well what about that telephone connection 🤔.

AI (Artificial Intelligence) said there was no connection between Doris Day and Norman Hooben. I say there was....

It was sometime in the mid-seventies while stationed at the Military Working Dog Center in San Antonio, Texas when we were sent to California for the purpose of procuring dogs for Uncle Sam. In order to have sufficient prospects we were preceded by a Security Police Dog Team that advertised our time and place for the physical examinations that would determine the dog’s fitness for military duty. My role in this endeavor was to x-ray all the dogs that were pre-qualified by the trainers for hip dysplasia, a very important aspect of the medical exam. We flew into Los Angeles airport on a Thursday and immediately set up shop at Fort MacArthur near San Pedro, California. The lines of prospects were already forming with anxious dogs and their excited owners. It got busy real fast. So busy that when someone went out to buy lunch we didn’t get to eat any of it until the day was over. In the midst of all this the phone would ring and at one time I picked it up and answered the call. The lady after identifying herself asked if we could take any number of her dogs for service to their country. I quickly ran through some of the requirements such as age and height restrictions and that although they did not have to be pure-bred German shepherd dogs, they should have the characteristics of the breed. After a bit of small talk I had to end the conversation for we were very busy, “I’m sorry that I cannot be of further assistance to you but thank you for your interest in the Military Working Dog program; it was a pleasure talking with you Miss Day.” Doris Day!

It should be noted that none of Doris Day’s dogs qualified because they were all strays that she adopted and did not have the characteristics that were desired for military service.

Islam is Islam, there are no modifiers.

My First Airplane Ride

The first time I was ever in an airplane was at the East Taunton Airport.  There was some kind of an air show with other events going on...it's been so long ago I forgot, but I was 14 years old. The runway was dirt, for I don't remember anything that looked like pavement or blacktop. There were airplane rides offered at a penny per pound.  As I was 140 pounds at the time, my dad paid the $1.40 for the short ride...which was about 10 or 15 minutes.  The only reason I'm writing this story is that the Air Force had a BOMARC missile on static display, the same missile that was on display at Lackland Air Force Base,* Texas when I entered the Air Force seven years later.

*And it's no longer there.
