Governor Healy Caught Disrespecting American Flag In Favor Of Chinese Flag

When the US, a state, and a Chinese flag are displayed together, the US flag should be placed to the left of the viewer (the flag's own right). When flown with other flags on adjacent staffs, the American flag should be raised first and lowered last. In a grouping of flags, the American flag should be at the center and the highest point.

Explanation:

Position of Honor:

The American flag is always considered the flag of honor and should be displayed in a way that reflects its importance. To the Left: When displayed with other flags, the US flag should be on the observer's left (the flag's own right). Higher and Central: In a grouping of flags, the US flag should be at the center and the highest point, signifying its primary role.
