We the people: Calling all 50 Governors to bring charges against Joseph R. Biden.

Does the President have authority to grant clemency for a state conviction?

No. The President’s clemency power is conferred by Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution of the United States, which provides: “The President . . . shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” Thus, the President’s authority to grant clemency is limited to federal offenses and offenses prosecuted by the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia in the name of the United States in the D.C. Superior Court. An offense that violates a state law is not an offense against the United States. A person who wishes to seek a pardon or a commutation of sentence for a state offense should contact the authorities of the state in which the conviction occurred. Such state authorities are typically the Governor or a state board of pardons and/or paroles, if the state government has created such a board.

The following wording taken from House Resolution 503, 118th Congress: Impeaching Joseph R. Biden, Jr., President of the United States, for high crimes and misdemeanors.

"President Biden has intentionally facilitated a complete and total invasion at the southern border. President Biden ended the Migrant Protection Protocols to require aliens seeking asylum to remain in Mexico while being processed by the Department of Homeland Security. President Biden has closed Department of Homeland Security detention facilities and refused to cooperate with State and local law enforcement officials in securing the border. He has allowed illegal aliens to enter the United States as asylum seekers despite knowing they did not qualify for asylum. President Biden has pursued this open-border agenda purposefully and willfully, circumventing every safeguard, check, and balance required by law, resulting in mass illegal immigration into the United States, to the detriment of the American people."

Personally, I don't believe that Biden, Fauci or anyone in the prior Administration should get away with the crimes they have been pardoned for.  And I don't believe you can be pardoned for a crime you haven't been charged with.  See the following video for further explanation. ~ Storm'n Norm'n

Shortly after I read his book 'CRISIS of COMMAND', I found it compelling to write on behalf of Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller for the injustice he received from the Biden/Harris Administration.

Dear President Trump

Dear President Trump,

Trust and confidence of our armed forces has become a focal point during the Biden-Harris Administration and needs restoration to its previous respect on the world's stage.  At this time I can think of no other man to fulfill that task than former Lt. Col. Stuart Scheller.

Please re-call to active duty with a well-deserved promotion to General and Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces...and future Secretary of Defense.

Apparently, someone up the chain of command liked my suggestion and made a wish come true; for today I came across the following headline:

  

Two officers were fired for bucking their chain of command. Now they’re going to work at the Pentagon.

President Donald Trump has tapped two former lieutenant colonels, Stuart Scheller and Matthew Lohmeier, for Defense Department positions years after they were relieved of command for publicly criticizing senior military leaders.

Now I didn't know about the other officer, Lt. Col. Matthew Lohmeier, but as a 21-year veteran of the armed forces myself, I'm highly satisfied of the decision maker's decision.  Scheller was right in his criticisms about the withdrawal from Afghanistan, not because I said so, but most of America's patriots also agree... and Lohmeier is a true American patriot.

By the way, Scheller's book is a great read from cover to cover and I don't recommend it to boost his sales; I recommend it to let the un-informed public know the truth when a corrupt Commander-In-Chief is sitting in the White House. ~ Norman Hooben
