This is all well and good. Conservatives have long seen the Tenth Amendment as a practical check on the powers of the central government and testament to the founder's belief in local governance. Indeed, liberty breathes when power checks power.
But it is not enough to simply use the Tenth Amendment. If liberty loving Americans wish to fully secure their natural rights, they should look to the much more radical and libertarian Ninth Amendment.
The Ninth Amendment protects rights not even listed in the Constitution. It was the anti-federalist insurance policy that the newly formed federal government misconstrued the language of the document to deny any individual rights.

Senator Rand Paul once explained it well:

“We need to defend the entire Bill of Rights. What does the Ninth Amendment say? Most people forget about the Ninth Amendment, but the Ninth Amendment was one of the most important parts of the Bill of Rights. In fact, the Bill of Rights would have never passed without the Ninth Amendment because many of the critics said, well, if you list certain rights, the people will think that’s all of the rights, and they’ll think that that’s a complete listing.
"So the people who put the Bill of Rights on the Constitution said we need to make sure they know this is just the beginning. It’s an impartial or incomplete list of your Bill of Rights. So, the Ninth Amendment says those rights not listed are not to be disparaged because your rights come from your Creator and they are unlimited.”
Founding Americans believed in much more than local democracy — that is, they believed in much more than unrestrained government powers whether national or local — they also believed the powers of any government at any time, even a government acting in the name of the people, must be in accordance with natural law. They believed each individual person’s liberty was as natural as the air we breathe and our rights in relation to one another as numerous as the stars.
In other words, our liberty precedes any government and is the ultimate check, the great bulwark, against the powers of the State.
As Judge Andrew Napolitano spotlights in his book Suicide Pact:
“In fact, the Drafters enshrined the protection of the rights inherently held by persons prior to any social compact in the Constitution itself, as the Ninth Amendment, ‘The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.’…The use of the word retained all but tips the Framers’ hands as to their recognition of the source of rights as being individual humanity.”

The Ninth Amendment makes it clear. The American Constitution presumes your liberty.
Defend it.

PA Supreme Court Upholds Mail-In Voting Law on Party-Line Vote

The Pennsylvania Supreme Court upheld the state’s law allowing mail-in voting on a strict party-line vote after the lower court ruled in January that it violated the state’s constitution.

The state’s mail-in voting law, Act 77, was upheld on a 5-2 decision released Tuesday from the state’s partisan Supreme Court; only two of the judges are Republican.

Justice Sallie Updyke Mundy began her dissent in the case:

Its most glaring omission is its failure to come to grips with the fact that the Pennsylvania Constitution’s election-related provisions have been amended on numerous occasions in the 160 years since this Court first explained that by default it requires in-person voting, and in none of those instances have the people of this Commonwealth sought to eliminate, alter, or clarify the textual basis for that ruling as it appears in our organic law. The majority also emphasizes the popularity of the legislation under review and the care with which it was debated, going so far as to recite the margin by which it was passed in each House of the General Assembly and the party affiliation of the legislators. None of these observations has any relevance to the issue before this Court. Legislation inconsistent with our state Charter cannot gain validity through popular sentiment or careful drafting. The Constitution stands as a bulwark against contrary sentiment and the passions of the moment, and it can only be altered in the careful manner that it prescribes.

As Mundy also wrote, she has to “respectfully dissent” due to the majority opinion not providing a convincing argument that the state’s charter would permit the use of universal and no-excuse mail-in ballots, especially “in light of its specific authorization for absentee ballots for four defined groups of voters.”

After a lengthy analysis, Mundy concluded:

I express no opinion as to whether no-excuse mail-in voting reflects wise public policy. That is not my function as a member of this state’s Judiciary. My function is to apply the text of the Pennsylvania Constitution, understood in light of its history and judicial precedent. In so doing, I would hold that that venerable document must be amended before any such policy can validly be enacted. Accordingly, I respectfully dissent.

In joining Mundy on the dissenting opinion, Justice Paul Kevin Brobson filed another dissenting opinion stating:

Succinctly stated, the majority overrules 160 years of this Court’s precedent to save a law that is not yet 3 years old. It does so not to right some egregiously wrong decision or to vindicate a fundamental constitutional right. … Honoring our precedent and striking Act 772 as unconstitutional would not extinguish the right of people to vote in this Commonwealth; rather, it would merely return us to where we were before the 2020 primary election. Since this Court decided Chase (3) and reaffirmed Chase’s holding in City of Lancaster (4), it has never been seriously debated that the phrase “offer to vote,” as it has appeared in our Pennsylvania Constitution since 1838, embraces the historical preference in our Commonwealth for in-person voting at a polling place, whether “by ballot or by such other method as may be prescribed by law.”

The state’s law, which is not even three years old, was initially passed with bipartisan support in 2019. It has since become one of the main focuses of the Republican-driven campaign for election integrity into which the RNC, as well as other GOP groups, have invested millions of dollars since 2020.

However, specifically in Pennsylvania, the Republican-driven push for election integrity has been against mail-in voting, as there was controversy following President Donald Trump’s loss in 2020.

Reaction from Republicans and conservatives has been swift and forceful in the wake of Tuesday’s decision.

“Today’s decision is flatly wrong for the reasons the dissenting justices explained,” says Ambassador Ken Blackwell, chairman of the Center for Election Integrity at the America First Policy Institute (AFPI). “Lawmakers realized they made a mistake in voting for this unconstitutional change in 2019, and now election integrity is in the hands of Pennsylvania voters.”

The case is McLinko v. Pennsylvania, No. J-18A-2022, J-18B-2022, J-18C-2022, J-18D-2022, and J-18E-2022 in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.

Godless Media Now Calling Christianity a "Toxic Religion"

Over the past week the entire mainstream media complex has launched an immense attack on my character, Gab, and Christianity itself--calling it a "toxic religion." Echoing this hateful sentiment Jonathan Greenblatt--head of the Jewish Nationalist organization the ADL--called me "one of the most toxic people in public life right now" on national television. It's interesting that his organization explicitly endorses, promotes, and defends Zionism, or Jewish Nationalism, while attacking me and others for esposing Christian Nationalism. Do as I say, not as I do. Unfortunately for Jonathan, Christians don't answer to Jewish Nationalist organizations like the ADL and Godless media outlets. We answer to Jesus Christ. 

Naturally I responded to this media onslaught and defended the Gospel of Jesus Christ and as well as my personal character. I said we are forming a Christian Nationalist movement and in order to be in any position of influence or leadership in the movement you must be a Christian. I said we are no longer going to answer to people who do not share our values and represent a diametrically different worldview that only 2% of the country holds. We are the 70%+ super majority in this country and we are going to do everything we can to take dominion and disciple this nation for the glory of Jesus Christ our King. 

In typical fashion the media machine has taken short clips from my 30-45 minute long show and twisted them into something that they are not to fit their narrative. What are they so afraid of? Certainly not me. The answer is Jesus Christ and the awakening of hundreds of millions of Christians across this country and around the world.

As I have said in my previous articles and videos they have pushed us too far by locking down our churches, masking our children, and forcing us to inject a foreign substance in our bodies in order to keep our jobs. We are no longer being silent. The silent majority is getting loud and speaking the Truth of God's Word and the Biblical worldview boldly. The Jonathan Greenblatts of the world are not going to tell us how to live our lives, run our businesses, or practive our faith ever again. 

What I hope to show to the millions of you who will read this is that if you double down and do not bend the knee when the mainstream media and our enemies call you a silly name, you win. That's it. That's the secret to surviving and thriving against their attacks. The weapons forged against you will not prevail if you stand strong in Truth. These people have great power, but we serve an all powerful God. We need to remember that and start acting like it.

Taken right off their own website, the above strategies are an insult to the findings by reputable independent researchers and statisticians that if anything else the COVID-19 vaccine is a menace to say the least; it has a kill rate that would please Bill Gates depopulation wishes.

After reading way too much about the Rockefeller Foundation and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and any connections between the two I begin to have strange thoughts about these so-called philanthropists. 

We know from previous studies that these people desire to control the world's population with Bill Gates admitting so in earlier TED talks.

The further one reads about these Foundations (Including the Clinton Foundation and the Ford Foundation) and the control/influence they have over governments you soon realize that no matter who you vote for the filthy rich are always in control...and you have no say in the matter.

Those strange thoughts I mentioned...I stopped reading and began to write what you're reading now.

I could picture myself walking through a doorway and upon entering the unknown being grabbed by both arms with John D. Rockefeller on one side and Bill Gates on the other forcibly giving me the jab in each arm.

Then shortly thereafter died...BECAUSE OF THE JAB!  YOU STUPID AMERICANS, WAKE UP!
