Loretta Lynch an accessory after the fact !

WRVA News Radio 1140…the Jeff Katz show, has a headline that reads, “Attorney General: I'll prosecute anyone who speaks against Islam.”

Given the fact that Islam is at war with the United States and the entire western world regardless if Barack Obama says otherwise, they (the Islamists) have committed acts of war against America; the most recent, the San Bernardino shootings…aka massacre.  Obama denies that any act of war against western ideology or Christianity exists.  The facts tell us otherwise.  I don’t care who or what you call those who want to destroy us, their message is all the same. They include such names as ISIS, Al Qaeda, Hamas, and of course the Muslim Brotherhood…the latter who have documented their plans to destroy us in their original charter.  To discuss these facts any further is dead on arrival...you can deny, deny, and deny until your blue in the face but you cannot change the facts…Islam (forget about radical Islam, its Islam) hates us.  If you do not believe it, I sincerely hope that you’re not the first in your neighborhood to receive Islam’s benchmark punishment…a decapitation!

Now we have an Obama appointee, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, threatening American citizens with prosecution (under what law, I wonder) who speaks against Islam.   Islam is bad, they hate us…but that’s OK with Loretta Lynch.  They can say anything they want to about America, including raising the flag of Islam over the White House (only after killing a bunch of us) …that’s fine with her…no threats of prosecution!

Anyone who does harm to another is called the offender and Islam has certainly displayed this trait back in September of 1991 (aka 911) and more recently in San Bernardino, California where people were slaughtered while attending a Christmas party.  But what if you or anyone was caught comforting or assisting the offender in order to prevent his or her apprehension.  Go no further!  Attorney General Loretta Lynch is attempting to comfort, and in some cases assist, the offenders of the San Bernardino massacre by threatening American citizens with some sort of punishment if they speak bad about the bad people trying to kill us.  Now how weird is that?  Loretta Lynch should be prosecuted…under what law you ask?  Loretta Lynch is an accessory after the fact and should be punished under, “18 U.S. Code § 3”…here, let me spell it out for you: 

18 U.S. Code § 3 - Accessory after the fact

Whoever, knowing that an offense against the United States has been committed, receives, relieves, comforts or assists the offender in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment, is an accessory after the fact.

Except as otherwise expressly provided by any Act of Congress, an accessory after the fact shall be imprisoned not more than one-half the maximum term of imprisonment or (notwithstanding section 3571) fined not more than one-half the maximum fine prescribed for the punishment of the principal, or both; or if the principal is punishable by life imprisonment or death, the accessory shall be imprisoned not more than 15 years.
