Is Obama Really a Political Criminal?
The most relevant question today is; “is the biggest political crime in American history taking place right before our eyes?” Is the puppet in the White House ineligible, according to the Constitution, to preside in the Oval Office? Is he a fraudster or a usurper? Barack Hussein Obama could easily put this issue to rest right now by releasing his actual birth certificate! But he refuses to do just that.
No matter how many times he has been asked, Obama still will not release his actual birth certificate. On top of that, he is actively thwarting many efforts to compel him to release his actual birth certificate. He has teams of lawyers fighting efforts to get him to release his actual birth certificate, while his loyal underlings look down their noses at us commoners, the American people and call these legitimate requests “garbage.”
The obvious imperative for those who attempt to dismiss this controversial question is: If Barack Hussein Obama has nothing to hide, what’s the problem? The more Obama resists, the more you have to wonder why the issue is so maligned and dissed by the Liberal Leftist groups. Meanwhile the liberal press is trying to drag this story into a dark alley and bludgeon it to death. For us to ignore this activity by the Liberal Left, is treasonous. We must speak out. We must object. You must speak out. You must object.
It’s long past time for those of us to love our country, more than we care about or don’t care about a particular political party, to step in and expose the issue to such an extent that the mainstream media will begin paying attention! Call this article to everyone’s attention you know, including Obama supporters. Send emails to the local papers, your Congressman and both Senators and every media outlet you can find an email address for. Let them know they must report this story and that there is nowhere to run or hide.
Some are claiming this is just a conspiracy. But we are not creating a conspiracy, we are just looking at the facts already in evidence. Here are some of the disturbing facts surrounding Barack Hussein Obama’s actual birth certificate – not rumors, not wild theories – just the simple facts. Many call this the Obama Conspiracy. At justicetimes.com we call it an open case investigation.
Look at it this way. We are right now in the court of public opinion and everyone who reads this research is on the jury. What will you decide? Will you invite others to observe the evidence? We have copies of actual Hawaiian documents below. The arguments from both sides of the issue are included in this report. I have met people who love Obama but who wish he would release his birth records, medical records, his passport records and his educational records.
Why do we also want those records released? Because those records have Obama’s declaration of citizenship and his signature. If Obama releases his records, one of two things will happen. Either the issue will go away or criminal endictments will have to be issued. Joe Biden might have to be promoted to President. His records are transparent and he is eligible.
Why should the people have confidence in a President who hides his records? Time to examine the facts.
FACT #1: Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States, states, “No person except a natural born citizen of the United States, at the time of adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President.” It’s NOT a technicality, or lunacy on the part of our Founding Fathers. It is a specific statement within a document that forms the basis for ALL of our laws and is not open to interpretation (unless the entire Constitution should be now open to interpretation).
FACT #2: In order to be a “natural born citizen,” you must be born in the United States or, if you are born abroad, you CAN (if specific circumstances are met) inherit citizenship status from your parents. If Obama was born abroad, then that’s a problem for Barack Hussein Obama because his father was not a citizen of the United States and his mother had not lived in the United States the required amount of time after attaining the age of consent when Obama was born - meaning she could not legally pass her citizenship on to Obama.
FACT #3: If Barack Hussein Obama wasn’t born in the United States, he IS NOT a “natural born citizen” and if that is the case, Obama is guilty of perpetuating the most massive fraud in the history of the United States!
FACT #4: Barack Hussein Obama has proactively refused to show his actual birth certificate to the people who elected him. Under Hawaiian law, only Obama can legally release the document. However, he refused to release the document! Why? He has refused to release his educational records where he filled out his citizenship and signed the applications. Why? Obama has refused to release his passport records. Why?
FACT #5: Obama has multiple teams of lawyers helping him shield the birth document, medical records, educational records and passport records from the prying eyes of the American people and their investigative reporters. Why would he need all these lawyers to keep us from simply seeing his documentation?
What if a police officer pulled you over and asked to see your license. You had better have one or a way to prove you have one or you will be found guilty of driving without a license. An actual Hawaiian Birth Certificate would be Obama’s license to be President. Without proof, he is presiding without a license.
FACT #6: Instead of producing an actual birth certificate, Team Obama produced another document – a “Certification of Live Birth” – and said, in effect, “Here’s his Birth Certificate! Now shut up!” Could you get away with a fraudulent driver’s license? The answer is yes, if no one bothers to verify the authenticity and standing of the license. So far, this is the only reason Obama is getting away with remaining in the Office of the Presidency of the United States of America.
It is apparent that Obama and his team are engaged in a sleight-of-hand that is going somewhat unnoticed by the American people, because the main stream media refuses to scrutinize the actions of Barack Hussein Obama. Justice Times is not part of the mainstream media. We are part of the National New Stream Media. Many other members of the nationa new stream media are also investigating and reporting on this story. Just like Justice Times, they are being blocked from examination of the records. So much for transparency.
The mainstrean media want Obama to propagate their campaign to destroy this country in the name of saving this country. Obama is their dream come true so they don’t care where he was born. Even one of the Republican Senators, Mel Martinez from Florida stated, it does not matter than Obama might not be a naturalized United States Citizen because the voters voted him in. This Senator does not care what the written law is. It must be OK to break the law if you are pretty, popular and can read a teleprompter.
In part, this has become a contest between the mainstream media and the new stream media. One version wants to control what the populace is permitted to read and learn about and the other wants to expose the facts in whatever way the facts exist and let the populace decide for themselves.
At Justice Times, we are not seeking to decide the facts, but to expose the facts. Out readers are sick and tired of being told how to think and what to think. They are bright enough to do their own thinking and explaining the information to their friends and family who need some help understanding just what is going on.
- Now here are some very important fine points you would be wise to consider:
- A CERTIFICATION of Live Birth
- Birth Certificate (A CERTIFICATE of Live Birth)
- Notice the difference in the words “certification” and “certificate” are two totally different documents?
- A CERTIFICATION of Live Birth - the document that Team Obama produced - is a document that essentially proves that you exist and Barack Hussein Obama most certainly EXISTS - that point is not in dispute.
- A CERTIFICATE of Live Birth (an actual birth certificate) - on the other hand contains more information. It gives the specific location of your birth, the hospital, the time of birth, the attending physician etc.
For purposes of illustration see the images below. The first image below is the CERTIFICATION of Live Birth that Team Obama released.
The second image is a redacted copy of an actual CERTIFICATE of Live Birth (an actual birth certificate) from the State of Hawaii from approximately the same time that Obama was born.
Simply put, the CERTIFICATION of Live Birth CAN contains ERRORS. Here are the facts of how we know this:
- The State of Hawaii provides a concrete example of this point! Hawaii maintains programs to encourage property ownership for native Hawaiians. Pursuant to those programs, the Hawaii Department of Home Lands (DHHL) states the following on its website: “In order to process your application, DHHL utilizes information that is found only on the original Certificate of Live Birth, which is either black or green. This is a more complete record of your birth than the Certification of Live Birth (a computer-generated printout). Submitting the original Certificate of Live Birth will save you time and money since the computer-generated Certification requires additional verification by DHHL.”
- If the State of Hawaii DOES NOT accept its own CERTIFICATION of Live Birth as proof that an individual was actually born in Hawaii, why should we! If Hawaii requires an actual birth certificate, so why shouldn’t the Democratic Party, the Republican Party, the Libertarian Party and the Constitution Party? Since these political parties are not yet requiring it, we the people have to do it. Contrary to ignorant opinion, we the people have the power over all these organizations and the U.S. Government. Therefore we must exercise our political power. You, the reader are part of “we the people.”
Obama preaches transparency but does he practice it? Read the law of the land and examine the facts for yourself:
- Article 2, Section 1, of the Constitution of the United States, states in part, “No person except a natural born citizen of the United States, at the time of adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the office of President.”
- That means neither Arnold Schwarzenegger nor George Soros can be President of the United States. Not EVER! Neither can Osama bin Laden. It also means, as previously stated, that IF Barack Obama was born outside the United States, he is not eligible to be President of the United States.
- Obama’s paternal grandmother said, she was present at Obama’s birth, which took place in Mombasa in what is now Kenya.
So where was Obama born?
Only an actual birth certificate can answer that question (not the Certification of Live Birth that Obama produced) – and Obama has multiple teams of lawyers dedicated to the proposition that nobody – but nobody – gets to see the one document that can clear up this controversy. That’s just plain nuts! Let us not let them get away with this!
It’s outrageous that Obama continues to cover up the document! It is actually impossible to fathom he is not covering up this matter.
Obama proclaimed in his “MEMORANDUM FOR THE HEADS OF EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENTS AND AGENCIES,” the following:
- “SUBJECT: Transparency and Open Government: My Administration is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government.
- We will work together to ensure the public trust and establish a system of transparency, public participation, and collaboration.
- Openness will strengthen our democracy and promote efficiency and effectiveness in Government.”
Was this just more of Obama’s pretty words? It is transparent to us that words mean absolutely nothing to Barack Obama, the non-transparent president – that is if you even consider him to legally be the President.
Now before you go off on me for writing these words, consider the facts that the Democrats attacked John McCain for not being a natural born citizen. It even went to the courts. McCain unlike Obama released his records and it was determined that he was a legally natural born citizen.
You may still remember that the liberal media make a big taboo out of the fact that McCain was born in the Canal Zone, while his father, a Naval officer, was stationed there. The liberal media relentlessly questioned whether or not McCain met the constitutional test.
While the Canal Zone was not American soil, McCain’s parents were both American citizens who had resided in the United States for the required number of years after having reached the age of majority! McCain was good to go.
We can’t say the same for Obama. The liberal media is not asking this question of Obama like they did McCain! Now don’t get the wrong idea, I am not touting John McCain. He has always been a Republican but not really been much of a conservative. Democrats were pleased to have Obama go against John McCain because they knew the Conservative base would have only soft support for him. Had the Conservative movement of Original Americans had a John Wayne type Candidate instead of a John McCain candidate, they would have flocked to the polls.
Once the Liberals had McCain as the candidate they wanted to run against they turned on him. Strangely, it may have been the liberal media’s willingness to savage McCain over the birth issue that eventually brought this whole controversy to light.
When Obama’s grandmother claimed Obama was born in Kenya, the McCain controversy was still fresh in the minds of people who wondered - and are still wondering - why the same standard wasn’t being applied to Obama. But, as the American people are coming to know, you are simply not allowed to criticize or scrutinize “the messiah” or hold “the chosen one” up to any standard.
Now, just raising what was a legitimate question in regards to John McCain makes you a conspiracy theorist or nut when it comes to Obama. Please clearly understand that no one is saying that Obama is not a “natural born citizen.” What we’re saying is we just don’t know and are exercising our right to know.
So is Obama really a political criminal? If he is not a natural born citizen, the answer is yes. Everyone around him who are helping to block the truth should be charged with obstructing justice.
So it is time for you to take action. Forward this article to everyone on your contact list. Print it out and post it on bulletin boards. Copy it and send to every new outlet you can find the contact information for. We need your help to expose the truth. When the editors and producers of these liberal media outlets start receiving a deluge of faxes and emails from irate and patriotic Americans like you, they’ll know that they can no longer hide behind their desks!
They’ll stop distorting and start reporting!
One more fine point. – Don’t confound or confuse the issue but here’s a complicating twist: the State of Hawaii permits parents to obtain a “birth certificate,” EVEN IF THE CHILD WAS NOT BORN IN HAWAII.
Here is the relevant Hawaiian statute: “[§338-17.8] Certificates for children born out of State. (a) Upon application of an adult or the legal parents of a minor child, the director of health shall issue a birth certificate for such adult or minor, provided that proof has been submitted to the director of health that the legal parents of such individual while living without the Territory or State of Hawaii had declared the Territory or State of Hawaii as their legal residence for at least one year immediately preceding the birth or adoption of such child.”
When queried, Dr Chiyome Fukino, with Hawaii’s Department of Health, stated: “Therefore, I as Director of Health for the State of Hawaii, along with the Registrar of Vital Statistics who has statutory authority to oversee and maintain these type of vital records, have personally seen and verified that the Hawaii State Department of Health has Sen. Obama’s original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures.”
Okay, an actual birth certificate exists. Great… why can’t the American people see it since it will clearly indicate the specific place of birth?
As for Obama’s inner circle, they offer a quick, arrogant reply to anyone who asks about the rumors surrounding Obama’s birth certificate (and this is a direct quote):
“All I can tell you is that it is just pure garbage.” That is a non-answer! It is evasive!
Writer Jerome Corsi, pursuing this story, raised the following question: “If Barack Obama was born in Africa, wouldn’t there be a birth certificate on file there?” So Corsi hopped a plane to Kenya, where he spent most of his time in a holding area, the next thing to a prisoner. His hotel room was ransacked. He was questioned by the police. But he was never permitted to search for a birth certificate.
Maybe he didn’t reckon on Obama’s cousin, Raila Odinga. Covering up a birth would have been a piece of cake to Odinga, who has been charged with ethnic cleansing against Kenyan Christians.
“‘There’s the matter that Obama traveled to Indonesia, Pakistan, Southern India and Kenya in 1981. He said he went to Indonesia to see his mother. This seemed plausible, except for the fact that his mother returned to Hawaii in August of 1980 to file for a divorce from her second husband, Lolo Soetoro. Unless she went back to pal around with the man she divorced, she wasn’t there at the time of Obama’s visit.”
“‘There’s yet another problem. No record of Obama holding an American passport prior to the one he received once becoming a U.S. senator has been found. If he traveled to Pakistan with an American passport, he wouldn’t have been allowed in – since Pakistan was in turmoil in 1981 and under martial law. It was also on the State Department’s travel ban list for U.S. citizens…. If he couldn’t get into Pakistan with a U.S. passport, perhaps he went there with an Indonesian passport. But the only way you can get one of those is if you are an Indonesian citizen.’”
Remember how Dan Rather and CBS News took a lie about George Bush’s military service record and twisted it into a major news story? Remember how the New York Times put an old rumor about John McCain on its front page and tried to make it a major issue in the campaign?
In sharp contrast, see how the New York Times and CBS News have run from this story like a rabbit runs from a coyote.
But suppose he isn’t legally president after all? Then that fact would surely nullify all his official acts, and acts he plans to put into place, including the following:
- His recent executive order rescinding the Mexico City Policy and committing U.S. taxpayers to fund abortion worldwide;
- His upcoming appointments, including FCC members who might attempt to shut down conservative talk radio;
- Any treaty he might sign that would weaken our defenses in an increasingly dangerous world;
- And the signing of legislation giving amnesty to illegal aliens.
We need to act quickly before the entire nation falls into bankruptcy.

WND: Ex-Officer Visited by Law Enforcement Over Criminal Complaint
As had been previously reported here, the blogger Walter Francis Fitzpatrick III, a retired Navy officer, had received a visit by law enforcement officers over a letter he sent to the US Attorney’s office for the Eastern District of Tennessee. WorldNetDaily followed up on this story and revealed the following:An ex-military officer has raised the stakes in the ongoing dispute over Barack Obama’s eligibility to be president, filing a criminal complaint against the “imposter” with the U.S. attorney’s office for the Eastern District of Tennessee.
Retired U.S. Navy officer Walter Francis Fitzpatrick III, who has run a campaign for two decades to uncover and try to correct what he believes are criminal activities within the military, accused the president of “treason.”
In his complaint addressed to Obama via U.S Attorney Russell Dedrick and Assistant U.S. Attorney Edward Schmutzer, Eastern District, Tennessee, Fitzpatrick wrote: “I have observed and extensively recorded invidious attacks by military-political aristocrats against the Constitution for twenty years.
“Now you have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an impostor president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment.”
He cited the deployment of “U.S. Army active duty combat troops into the small civilian community of Samson, Ala.,” and said, “We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works.
“I identify you as a foreign born domestic enemy,” he wrote.
The 1975 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis told WND that a short time after his complaint was filed he was visited by two U.S. Secret Service agents, but they left after telling him they perceived no threat to the president in the document.
Officials with the Knoxville office of the Secret Service told WND the only person who could release information to the media was on vacation and they would not comment on the issue.
Likewise, officials with the U.S. attorney’s office declined to respond to a WND request for a comment.
Fitzpatrick told WND the U.S. Justice Department needs to look into the issue. …
Fitzpatrick said he has devoted his career fulltime to investigating issues in military justice and defending wrongly accused soldiers, sailors and Marines. His own career was torpedoed by a court-martial more than 20 years ago over his authorization of the use of a ship’s fund to sent an officer to the funeral for his brother, who had been killed by terrorists.
Fitzpatrick’s situation has been described not only on his own website but forum pages on other websites that deal with military issues.
He alleges his case was fabricated and even his signature was forged by officials connected to his case. He points to the fact that he ultimately retired and was awarded a militarypension as support for his allegations.
But he says the new complaint against Obama should define the issue of the president’s eligibility.
“They either have to come and get me or get Mr. Obama’s eligibility proved. He has an officer in his military saying he is guilty of trespass on the Constitution,” Fitzpatrick told WND.
“They can recall me against my will to active duty,” he said. “I would refuse. It’s an illegal order by a man who is not by commander in chief.” …
Hawaiian officials have confirmed they have a birth certificate on file for Obama, but it cannot be released without his permission, and they have not revealed the information it contains.
John Eidsmoe, an expert on the U.S. Constitution working with the Foundation on Moral Law, has told WND a demand for verification of Obama’s eligibility appears to be legitimate.
Eidsmoe said it’s clear that Obama has something in the documentation of his history, including his birth certificate, college records and other documents that “he does not want the public to know.”
Officials for the Obama campaign repeatedly have refused to comment on the questions, relenting only once to call the concerns “garbage.”
WorldNetDaily and one of my sources have similarly reported that attorney Stephen Pidgeon, litigant for the Plaintiffs in Broe v. Reed, is currently being cased by law enforcement officers. I have also reported on another private citizen who sent a letter to Judge Robertson (apparently requiring a check by law enforcement as well) as a part of my posting on the President’s power consolidation.
