At some point when rights are trampled upon... Will you cross the line?

When liberty is being destroyed, you must stand in defense of it....
In the heritage of this country, there is a line and there are graves that mark that line...
They are the graves of our patriot dead...
They are the graves of the people that went into battle in order to make sure that the Constitution of the United States would be preserved that the liberty that it represents would survive...

Standing? Just what is Standing?

Law. the right to initiate or participate in a legal action.

According to Amendment I of the United States Constitution every citizen has the right "...to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Therefor Mr. Obama, I have a grievance..., "Show me your official birth certificate... Now!"

  1. Yes, there comes a time when we will have to take a stand. 41 years ago I raised my right hand and to an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States of American from all enemies, foreign and domestic. I was reminded a few minutes ago that that oath did not have a time limit written into it. And personally, in the way I was raised, taking that oath was just a formality considering the way I was raised. I have never thoght otherwise as my father, grand fathers, uncles a couple of aunts and ancestors beyond them saw fit to take that oath as well.

Through the years of life I have had the occasion to visit other countries and I find what some of so called leaders have said concerning my country, the depravity we have brought to the world, lacks merit in my life and the lives of my family.

We have be led down the primrose path by these leaders. Their path leads back to the forms of government that our ancestors wanted to escape when they came to the New World. And when our Founding Fathers sat down in Philadelphia they determined that we should not return to the likes of tyrants and dictators. For the liberties that the Constitution expressly outlines as our God given righs are not up for negotiation, not for security and not to be lent to a central government in any shape for or fashion.

The Constitution is a living document...BS...and Peter Pan and Tinker Bell are alive and well. The Constitution is not a living document. It expressly tells the central government just what their functions - no more and no less - are to be. Any other functions are reserved to the states and individuals. The Bill of Rights is a further statement of what the central government's boundaries are, with clarity.

We are about to get an Attorney General who argued against the 2nd Amendment, argued for terrorists and other criminals to be pardoned. B. Hussien Obama has voted against the second amendment. And there is a bid push to extinguish free speech. It seems to me that taking a stand for our Constitution, regardless of who and how many people wish to trample it, will come sooner than later.

ARE YOU READY TO MAKE YOUR STAND AGAINST ALL ENEMIES, FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC?

  2. If enough people raise a stink about this, B Hussein O should produce the document before a judge.

There will be all hell on earth, if the military, judges, people refuse to recognize B HO.
