Go for it Barbie!

Before you read the following posts you should have some basic knowledge of the law...no, I am not an attorney, but you can look these things up yourself.
I'll begin with a responsibility designated to the Secretary of Homeland Security and that lawbreaker himself, Eric Holder.  Under '8 U.S. Code § 1324' they are required to educate the public regarding aliens... Have they done so?  I think not...but this is what the law says:
The Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the Attorney General and the Secretary of State, as appropriate, shall develop and implement an outreach program to educate the public in the United States and abroad about the penalties for bringing in and harboring aliens in violation of this section. (see source)
Not only are they not educating the public about illegal aliens they are in fact doing the opposite.  They are encouraging the aliens to violate U.S. law, which brings me to another subsection (or is it just 'section' as in '§') of the law (partial excerpt to include penalties):

Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324(a) defines several distinct offenses related to aliens. Subsection 1324(a)(1)(i)-(v) prohibits alien smuggling, domestic transportation of unauthorized aliens, concealing or harboring unauthorized aliens, encouraging or inducing unauthorized aliens to enter the United States, and engaging in a conspiracy or aiding and abetting any of the preceding acts. Subsection 1324(a)(2) prohibits bringing or attempting to bring unauthorized aliens to the United States in any manner whatsoever, even at a designated port of entry. Subsection 1324(a)(3).
...Penalties -- The basic statutory maximum penalty for violating 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(i) and (v)(I) (alien smuggling and conspiracy) is a fine under title 18, imprisonment for not more than 10 years, or both. With regard to violations of 8 U.S.C. § 1324(a)(1)(ii)-(iv) and (v)(ii), domestic transportation, harboring, encouraging/inducing, or aiding/abetting, the basic statutory maximum term of imprisonment is 5 years, unless the offense was committed for commercial advantage or private financial gain, in which case the maximum term of imprisonment is 10 years.

Now I only mentioned Eric Holder by name, but under the law Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, John Kerry, Hillary Clinton, and a host of others should all be serving time behind bars...at one time or another, every one of these people have stated, "We are a nation of laws." OK, OK, I believe them, so lets enforce the laws of this nation.  When the law enforcers become the law breakers then somebody has to jump in to save the day and that is somebody like Barbie Rogers... Patriots Hotline Founder: We're Forming a Human Chain to Stop Illegals
by Sean Piccoli @NewsMax.com
Militia members and other concerned U.S. citizens are converging on the border town of Laredo, Texas, on Friday to create a blockade against illegal immigrants crossing into the United States, the organizer of the human chain and protest said on Newsmax TV's "MidPoint."
"This will continue for days and weeks to come" and spread "to other points" along the U.S.-Mexico frontier, Barbie Rogers, founder of the Patriots Information Hotline, said in a telephone interview.
Story continues below the video. (note: video may take a moment to load) R

Rogers declined to give an exact head count beyond "more than 50 people" or reveal whether participants are armed, citing worries about their security.
But she said blockaders will follow the same rules of engagement as protesters in an April standoff between federal officials and Nevada rancher
Cliven Bundy.
"Just like at the Bundy ranch, there will be no patriot out there on that line that will fire first," Rogers said.
Her website on Wednesday posted a "call to ACTION for all Militia, III%ers, Oathkeepers, and Patriotic support personnel."
"We are trying to contact every person and every patriot in the United States to go down and help do something the government should have done a long time ago," Rogers said.
As for whether blockaders are carrying firearms, she said, "The situation these men are walking into — they have a very good possibility of being shot by the drug cartels down there, the gang members down there, and also by our own government down there."
A surge of migrants from Central America, many of them unaccompanied children, has caught border officials off guard and left federal and state authorities in Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico scrambling to respond.
Rogers said her organization is stepping into the fray with a message: "We're trying to say that we the people are fed up."
"The government promised us a wall down there years ago," Rogers said. "The money … was supposedly given to put this wall up, and it's not there. Where is it at? Where's the money at? The government needs to start having accountability to the people."
Two political analysts appearing on "MidPoint" criticized the blockade as ineffectual and potentially dangerous.
"There really is nobody who I believe rationally … could think that about 50 or so people could really stop the influx of immigration via just a simple human chain," said liberal commentator Justin Duckham, senior Washington correspondent for Talk Radio News Service.
"Plus, you also have a situation where, if there are any bad actors and somebody gets hurt, this is going to end up to be a disaster," he said.
"It's not a good idea," said conservative commentator and political strategist Erica Holloway, "and probably not as wise as making sure the people that are supposed to be doing their jobs [in immigration enforcement] are doing their jobs."

"All agents should get tested for TB in order to ensure you have a baseline....Systematic vaccination against hepatitis B virus, hepatitis A virus, influenza, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and diphtheria is strongly recommended."
We're supposed to pray for our president. That's like praying for Satan.

So last night 50 South American children arrived at our Border Patrol station in Murrieta, California and more arriving today we think. Tomorrow 140 every 72 hours will be arriving into my community, then put on buses; some will stay here and others will be dropped off at various communities going North along the 15 Freeway. Not only are the Border Patrol agents put at risk, it now looks as though TB is a major concern for all AMERICAN CITIZENS, and God only knows what else!
Pending arrival of RGV UAC's Health Alert and precautionary protocals
Due to the pending arrival of UAC’s from RGV, The National Border Patrol Council Local 1613 is suggesting the following protocols for the safety of our agents as well as the detainees.
1. All Agents should bring a second set of clothes (Including socks and shoes) to the station. Change clothes prior to going home so that you can minimize the chances of infecting any of your family or friends.
a. We will be looking into getting coveralls or some other form of outer clothing for agents.
b. We will also be looking for a way to launder your clothing so that you don’t have to take it home.
c. Place clothing in a plastic trash bag and take directly from the bag to the washing machine.
d. If possible we recommend showering at the station after each shift before going home.
2. All agents should get tested for TB in order to ensure you have a baseline.
a. We will be working with the agency to get occupational health out to provide testing.
b. In the meantime go to your personal health care provider and get TB test done.
3. Agents should refrain from touching there nose, mouth or eyes when processing.
4. All bedding and clothing should be handled with protective equipment (gloves) and placed in specifically designed containers (i.e. plastic bag) and laundered ASAP.
5. Gloves should be worn at all times and changed frequently. Hand sanitizer should be used between changing gloves.
6. Educational material will be distributed in order to assist agents with the identification of communicable diseases.
7. Cells should be disinfected regularly.
8. All detainees who are suspected or report having communicable disease will be documented and reported to a supervisor as soon as possible.
9. All detainees should be given vaccinations before being released into the communities.
10. If there are any supplies you believe you need and the service has not provided contact the local union health and safety officer and we will look into purchasing those items directly.
11. If you have any concerns please contact your local health and safety officer and we will address the issue and get back to you ASAP.
Below are recommendations from the Center for Disease Control on preventing and controlling Transmissible Diseases. We will be contacting command staff to ensure they are aware of these recommendations.
The intervention measures reported to be efficient for the control and the prevention of common transmissible infections.
Depending on the populations targeted, these interventions may include education, chest radiography screening for tuberculosis, directly observed therapy for tuberculosis treatment, improvement of personal clothing and bedding hygiene, and widespread use of ivermectin for scabies and body louse infestation.
Systematic vaccination against hepatitis B virus, hepatitis A virus, influenza, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and diphtheria is strongly recommended.
