And so it begins... The government will now rent that home that went to foreclosure (isn't this what they wanted all along)

As chairman of the Council of People's Commissars, Lenin abolished private ownership of land and began distributing it among the peasants. Banks were nationalized and workers control of factory production was introduced. He also closed down the Constituent Assemby and began banning political parties such as the Cadets, Mensheviks and the Socialist Revolutionaries. ~ Spartacus Educational
And what did the peasants do...they began making their rent payments to the government and the United Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) was born.  Then there was a thing called the CRA right here in the United States of America; it allowed the peasants to make home loans from the nasty banks knowing in advance they could never repay the money.  Of course the nasty banks didn't like this thing called the CRA but the 'Lenin' in charge forced them to make the loans with the help of his cadets...this would be Bill 'Lenin' Clinton and ACORN led by community organizers such as Barack Husein Obama.  Then when the loans became due and neither the peasants nor the mother banks (Fannie Mae) had any more money, banks were nationalized and shut down (we should point out that the head of Fannie Mae gave himself a million dollar bonus for making the bright move of losing other people's money...that would be Franklin Raines now living a comfortable life somewhere in the universe).
Following all this banking and housing mess the workers control of factory production was introduced; unions were given control of production at General Motors
And so it begins...  According to today's Wall Street Journal  article "Government Considers Ways to Rent Foreclosed Homes" with the reasoning that the rent will help stabilize the housing market... Huh?  Sounds like an Alinskyism to me...take another look at the Lenin thing at the top of the page and when you figure it out please get back to me.  ~  Norman E. Hooben

  1. In "Social Engineering" circles, they call it "Build Up, Not Out." It's hidden as a plan to stop urban sprawl and tightly linked in with the spread of Light Rail in communities, building high rise residencies along rail lines.

Of course, what is left out is that you will no longer own property, that will be in the hands of socialist elites who you pay taxes to, depend upon for your transportation and even cooking your meals before long.

Here locally, I have begun blasting our mayor and his cronies as he brags of attracting more people living downtown in high rise residencies.

Once we no longer own property, we are owned by a few elites who will not only own all property, but control all the wealth as well.

And, in all of the calls for wealth redistribution, if you pay attention, the wealthy socialist elites are not redistributing any of theirs.

    It's getting uglier every day.

  2. Thanks Lew...I ran this by my wife before I posted it just to see if I made my point...She gave me a hesitant thumbs up.
And now you put away any doubts that I may have had...your statement sums it up, "Once we no longer own property, we are owned by a few elites who will not only own all property, but control all the wealth as well. And, in all of the calls for wealth redistribution, if you pay attention, the wealthy socialist elites are not redistributing any of theirs."
