Cultural Marxism...it's been lulling you into submission for years

When I tried to explain to one of my liberal friends that he was brainwashed over a long period of time unaware of the subtle changes that affected his thought pattern...I wish I had this video.  ~ Storm'n Norm'n

Video: Cultural Marxism and The Frankfort School

I stopped watching sitcoms, and most commercial TV at some point in the late eighties because I was so disgusted by what looked to me like the deliberate destruction of family values. I didn’t know at the time that there was a name for what I was reacting to: Cultural Marxism.
Here, via The Gates of Vienna, is a good discussion of The Frankfort School, the origin of Cultural Marxism:

The following added by Storm'n Norm'n

"It is perfectly possible for a man to be out of prison, and yet not free - to be under no physical constraint and yet to be a psychological captive, compelled to think, feel and act as the representatives of the national state, or of some private interest within the nation, wants him to think, feel and act.
"The nature of psychological compulsion is such that those who act under constraint remain under the impression that they are acting on their own initiative. The victim of mind-manipulation does not know that he is a victim. To him the walls of his prison are invisible, and he believes himself to be free. That he is not free is apparent only to other people. His servitude is strictly objective."
Brave New World Revisited, Aldous Huxley, 1958

Note: Most, if not all (unless of course they are Communist/Socialist sympathizers), voters who voted for Obama are psychological captives who cannot think for themselves and they will never admit this because they are who they are, psychological captives!
