Former terrorist says West ignoring real Hamas agenda

Hamas supporterA former Palestinian terrorist says the West continues to pursue a failed idea that somehow terrorism against Israel will stop when the Palestinians get their own homeland.

Walid Shoebat is a former member of the Palestine Liberation Organization and a convert to Christianity. He now runs the Walid Shoebat Foundation, which is an organization that cries out for the justice of Israel and the Jewish people. Shoebat, author of the recently published God's War on Terror: Islam, Prophecy and the Bible, believes the recent terrorist rocket attacks by Hamas have nothing to do with wanting a Palestinian homeland.

"The core issue is not an issue of land whatsoever. It's an issue of wiping the state of Israel out. If you look at even suicide bombing -- historically, if you look from 1980 until 2003, let's say -- 224 suicide bombings out of 300 existed in Islamic countries with no occupation whatsoever," he notes. "So it's not simply the desire to create a Palestinian state. It is the desire to destroy the Jewish state, and that's what we see."

Walid Shoebat smallShoebat contends this effort is being carried out by a huge network of Islamic enemies. "It's a rebel network involved between Hamas, Hezbollah, and Iran, Syria. Many Islamic countries are involved in this," he points out. "Saudi Arabia was funding...this kind of thing. So it's a huge network that we're dealing with."

  1. Hamas is Islam. Islam is Hamas. Its short term tactical objective is the reconquest of Israel; genocide & policide. Its near term tactical objective is the total destruction of America. Its long term strategic objective is total world conquest.

Wake up! Wise up!! Rise up!!!

  2. I agree Ben...

I sure more of us citizens have woke up long ago...
It's the stupid politicians who never seem to wake up...
and, yes, stupid is the word of choice.
We could have taken care of this problem long ago if it were not for the Carters, Clintons, Bushs, et al's stupid foreign policy...

  3. I ain't convinced, Norman, nor do I agree that our elected officers are stupid. A few thousand of us are aware of the situation, and Carter, Bush, etal. are corrupt.

These Hamas demonstrations are increasing their visibility, and their confidence. Soon, they will attack a school and take hostages.

Then the media will be all about "why they hate us", with demands for abandonment of Israel.

This war ain't driven by grievance, real or imagined; its about doctrines deeply ingrained in the minds of believers and preached in every Mosque, taught in every Madrassah.

Most of our fellows neither know about, comprehend nor give a damn about literalism, absolutism, triumphalism & supremacism. Either we teach them, they learn the hard way or they never learn.

The clearest, most egregious and relevant passages from Islam's canon of scripture, tradition, exegeses & jurisprudence have been compiled into a Windows Help File which is fully searchable. Each verse is linked to source for verification & contextual exploration. Its what I use for research when I compose my blog posts. Your favorite search engine will find EgregiousAyat.chm and its a free download.

Let each one learn and teach two.

  4. How do you spell Taliban? These people are no better than the desert varmits I hunt and I would gladly put a bullet in each of their head. How do these Palestineians put up the the likes of this dung. Put a bullet in each of their heads and bury them in the skin of a havelina. Just can't see using the more domesticated porkers for such doin's.
