Al Sharpton, a self-proclaimed Civil Rights leader and self-appointed spokesman for the black community , has made his living as a professional race baiter and bigot. Given his penchant for playing the race card, he is a perfect fit for MSNBC, a network whose hosts are no strangers to hurling the racism claim at those on the right side of the political aisle. That should come as no surprise since the accusation of racism is hurled on a constant basis at anyone who opposes Barack Obama’s policies and unconstitutional actions. The network is so committed to helping Obama advance his agenda that they even changed their tagline to LEAN FORWARD falling in line with Obama’s Marxist based slogan ‘FORWARD’.

The Washington Free Beacon has put together a video highlighting the fact that Sharpton has taken his race baiting ways to a new level on his show. (video below) Although there were only 261 weekdays in 2013, with a re-run or ‘best of’, if that is even possible in the case of Sharpton, running on some of those days, Sharpton managed to say the word ‘race’, ‘racism’, or ‘racially’ 314 times!

SAGINAW, MI — Problems with video and audio recording equipment at the Saginaw Police Department were highlighted in the wake of the July 1 fatal shooting of Milton Hall, a local homeless man, by city officers.
More than eight months after Hall's death from a barrage of police gunfire, the department is still addressing equipment issues brought to light by the criminal investigation, which resulted in no charges filed against the officers involved. ...continued

In the above story and accompanying picture there was no justification for killing the homeless person.  They said that the homeless man had a knife.  Soooooooo what!  It takes six cops to fire at this relatively harmless person!?  Even if the knife were held in a threatening manner it doesn't take six deadly shots to prevent him from doing anyone harm.  Cops need training...except these cops...they need to be jailed for intentional manslaughter!

The shooting death of a 13-year-old California boy believed to be carrying an assault rifle unfolded in no more than 10 seconds, police said. Andy Lopez Cruz, who was later found to be carrying a plastic replica, was struck by seven bullets.
In that time, a total of eight rounds were fired by one of the two sheriff’s deputies who confronted the teen, with two of the wounds – one in the right side of his chest and the second in his right hip – proving fatal.
Lt. Paul Henry, of the Santa Rosa Police Department, told the San Francisco Chronicle that Cruz was also shot in his right wrist, left biceps, right forearm, right buttocks and right hip.
It took another 16 seconds for the deputies to call for medical assistance, according to a timeline of events released by police investigating the fatal shooting in Santa Rosa on Tuesday, Reuters reports.
At approximately 3pm Tuesday, a 24-year-old deputy of the Sonoma County Sheriff’s Office and a rookie deputy he was training spotted Andy, donning a blue hoodie and shorts, walking on Moorland Avenue with what they believed was an assault rifle in his left hand. ...continued

Why did the officer who shot John T. Williams confront him?

Several people have asked why Ian Birk, the Seattle police officer who fatally shot John T. Williams, even got out of his car and approached the man.
The issue wasn’t addressed until the shooting inquest, called by the King County Executive to determine facts about the incident. Only one juror believed that Williams actually posed a threat. Four said he didn’t, and three said they couldn’t determine.
The question of why Birk stopped Williams came up at different times during the shooting inquest, which began Jan. 10 and ended Thursday. ...continued

Now there's not enough visual evidence worth commenting on but the audio definitely has something to say about the officer's lack of judgement and unfounded fear of bodily harm.
Three commands to put the knife down then bam, bam, bam, bam, bam (5 shots) in very rapid succession.  Officer Birk, "Are you that bad a shot that you have to fire 5 times to kill somebody?"  A human body is a very large target, even at 2o yards or so, a trained police officer should be able to fire 'a' non-lethal shot.  Five rapid shots were not called for however, this officer fired off as if a battalion of suicidal enemy soldiers were coming at him.  Based on his normal pace depicted in the video the officer's approach to the victim was fairly close at hand and the confrontation was almost immediately after he walked out of view of the camera.  Then after the shooting you can hear officer Birk say, "He wouldn't put the knife down."   No mention of an imminent attack but this officer feared for his life nonetheless.  A properly trained police officer could have easily handled this situation either without firing a single shot or a single shot at the very most.   More training for this officer?  I don't think so, people like this need to stay away from any job requiring a deadly weapon and he definitely proves my point here...and if John T. Williams were alive, he would agree.
Oh, and one more thing.  Should Officer Birk go to jail and for how long?  Well lets put it this way... If John T. Williams had a wife, Birk should stay behind bars for the remainder of her lifetime (or something equivalent).

Now I don't have enough information on the following, but arrested for failing to identify herself...gimme a break!  What do we have now, the gestapo police going around checking every body's papers?  And what about the ear bud thing?  What if she were deaf?  Well let this be a warning to all deaf people, don't go walking anywhere near the UT campus, the gestapo police may be lurking for you.  Do these cops need training?  No, these cops don't need to be cops.  Lacking further info, this looks like a case of police overexercising their authority.  One way or another, its not looking good for free citizens of this republic.  Whoops, did I say, "Republic" ?  We've been under a dictatorship since January 2009.

Does John Kerry scare you? ...more faux stuff on climate change

The idiocracy of the climate change discussion gets more insane every day.  Advocates of the faux scare tactics continue to promote their lies by altering their language to keep the seriously duped seriously duped!  From global cooling to global warming and back and forth with the same mundane arguments.  Even after their lies were exposed (See: Climategate: the final nail in the coffin of 'Anthropogenic Global Warming'?) the United Nations (an original member of the climate conspiracy group) continue with more faux stuff (See related posts here, and here).  The important thing to remember is that anytime anyone in a position of power promotes climate change legislation, that legislation has but one intent; more power for the promoters.  No amount of legislation can ever alter Mother Nature's ever changing climate change...and event that has been occurring since time eternal.  Remember this too... once they have enacted their legislation they're going to tax the hell out of you (as they have already done in some countries) to promote like minded people into positions of more power.  They have already accomplished this with one part-time climatologist (I believe in Australia) gets approximately $150,000.00 for doing nothing but promoting more of the same idiocracy.  Now we have in our midst another delusional character, John Kerry who states, “climate change can now be considered another weapon of mass destruction, perhaps the world’s most fearsome weapon of mass destruction.” ...see story below ↓ Feel duped yet?  - Norman E. Kerry Should Resign

If in recent history an American secretary of State has made a speech as delusional as John Kerry’s in Jakarta last week, I can’t remember it.

Discussing the most dangerous threats facing the world, Secretary Kerry said that “terrorism, epidemics, poverty, the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction” are all problems, but added, “the reality is that climate change ranks right up there with every single one of them.”

That was extreme enough, but then came the claim that should disqualify him from serving as Secretary of State. “In a sense,” he said, “climate change can now be considered another weapon of mass destruction, perhaps the world’s most fearsome weapon of mass destruction.”
At a time when Iran is on the verge of building a nuclear weapon, Ukraine is erupting into violence, Syria has collapsed into civil war, Venezuela is falling apart, Iraq and Afghanistan continue to devolve, and China is asserting itself all over the world, the American Secretary of State stated that the most urgent threat we face is a small rise in sea level by the end of the 21st century – a threat even greater than nuclear war, terrorism, or catastrophic attacks on critical infrastructure.
It’s a disaster for someone in that position to announce global warming is the greatest threat to the human race. It’s dangerous. If these are really his priorities, he should not remain in office.
Kerry clearly doesn’t intend his statement as hyperbole, though. He actually believes climate change could be worse than nuclear war. You realize that when you hear the doomsday scenarios he goes on to prophesy: droughts and dry spells, floods and monsoons, typhoons, famine, the end of species (“cod or sardines,” he says), entire countries submerged, and more.
Kerry predicts economic disaster, too — for instance, a trillion dollars every year in flood damage to ports in Asia, “unless we make big changes to the infrastructure of those ports” (which, presumably, “we” would, rather than bear a trillion dollars in unnecessary costs each year…).
All of these catastrophes, Kerry says repeatedly, are “facts”. The science of climate change, in his telling, is as indisputable as it is simple–a scientific truth in the same way that gravity is a scientific truth.
“When an apple separates from a tree, it falls to the ground..It’s a scientific fact,” he says. Similarly, climate change “is not really a complicated equation…This is simple. Kids at the earliest age can understand this.”
The computer model projections, of course, are not scientific fact — they’re hypotheses — and they are not simple, either. They are based on thousands of variables, and many educated guesses and assumptions. Guesses and assumptions that failed to predict the last 17 years without warming (a scenario none of these “scientific” models projected).
Secretary Kerry has no time for questions about his bumper sticker science, however. As a lifelong politician, he implored the world to ignore “a tiny minority of shoddy scientists and science and extreme ideologues” who are skeptical of his claims.
It’s not just the science skeptics Kerry can’t tolerate, however. Your view is equally unacceptable to the Secretary of State if you grant him his forecasts but question the left’s policy prescriptions (which always involve giving more power and trillions of dollars to the government in a futile attempt to prevent the Earth’s climate from changing). We should not allow “any room,” Kerry says, “for those who think that the costs associated with doing the right thing outweigh the benefits.”
We must follow him anywhere, apparently, even if it does more harm than good.
Not only do Kerry’s injunctions verge on totalitarianism — intolerance of any view but the state’s — but they are also the opposite of the scientific method, which is based on openness to doubt.
Unfortunately, Kerry’s eagerness to shut down the conversation is increasingly common on the left. A climate scientist at Penn State is suing the National Review and the Competitive Enterprise Institute for libel because they dared to question his research. (Scientists who sue columnists for questioning their findings are reason enough to be skeptical of the global warming “consensus.”)
How can anyone take seriously a secretary of State who gives a speech like Kerry did in Jakarta and actually means it?
Clearly the Iranians can’t take him seriously. The day after Kerry announced that America is more concerned with global warming than nuclear weapons, Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Khamenei, said of his nuclear negotiations with the west: “I am not optimistic about the negotiations and they will lead nowhere — but I am not against them.”

But Secretary Kerry has bigger problems on his mind. In a delusional administration, he is the most delusional cabinet member. If Kerry really thinks like this, he needs to resign.

Another JP Morgan Banker Leaps to His Death

Hong Kong man becomes 7th banker to die under mysterious circumstances

Yet another banker has committed suicide, with a JP Morgan forex trader leaping to his death from the top of the firm’s Chater House headquarters in Hong Kong.

Over the past few weeks at least seven bankers have died under mysterious circumstances, including another JP Morgan senior manager who jumped off the top of a skyscraper in London last month.

Speculation is rife that the series of deaths are connected to some kind of looming financial crisis or a huge legal case targeting bankers for malfeasance, although no definite link has been established.

Eyewitnesses said that the man, who was in his 30′s, accessed the roof of the 30 story office tower and jumped, with police on the scene failing to talk him out of committing suicide. Chater House is JP Morgan’s main regional Asian office.

“According to several JP Morgan employees, the man was a forex trader with the company,” reports the South China Morning Post, adding that his name was Li Junjie. The bank itself refused to confirm that the man was an employee.

Junjie becomes the 7th banker to suddenly die in recent weeks. Questions as to whether the deaths are merely a coincidence or are linked to some as yet unknown factor continue to swirl.

- On January 26, former Deutsche Bank executive Broeksmit was found dead at his South Kensington home after police responded to reports of a man found hanging at a house. According to reports, Broeksmit had “close ties to co-chief executive Anshu Jain.”

- Gabriel Magee, a 39-year-old senior manager at JP Morgan’s European headquarters, jumped 500ft from the top of the bank’s headquarters in central London on January 27, landing on an adjacent 9 story roof.

- Mike Dueker, the chief economist at Russell Investments, fell down a 50 foot embankment in what police are describing as a suicide. He was reported missing on January 29 by friends, who said he had been “having problems at work.”

- Richard Talley, 57, founder of American Title Services in Centennial, Colorado, was also found dead earlier this month after apparentlyshooting himself with a nail gun.

- 37-year-old JP Morgan executive director Ryan Henry Crane died last week.

- Tim Dickenson, a U.K.-based communications director at Swiss Re AG, also died last month, although the circumstances surrounding his death are still unknown.

I don’t want to sound too corny, but the United States is a wonderful nation. A nation 230+ years since gaining independence grew into a powerful and compassionate nation never seen before in world history. People come to America from poverty-stricken nations, from oppressive nations for the opportunity of a life they could never realize before coming here. America has a marvelous history and a wonderful heritage because since her independence was fought for and won, she has been a nation governed by laws.

Liberals and ‘progressives’ want so desperately to change America into the kinds of nations others flee from by the millions. Yet, they’re constantly proclaiming America as great and wonderful … but truthfully, they don’t believe it.  If they did, then why the desire to change her?   I’ve read where liberals embrace socialism and other “progressive” ideals in the quest for “equality” and “acceptance” for all, even those who would do harm to America. Eric Holder proclaims that America is a nation of “cowards”. Barack Obama believes that the U.S. Constitution is a “deeply flawed document”, and that the Constitution reflects a fundamental flaw of this country at the same time he takes a sworn oath to defend it and enforce it’s laws. Unscrupulous politicians in the United States, have for the past several decades, been nothing but self-serving insidious traitors. They have been incrementally chipping away at the liberties of the American people until the very liberties of what made America great will be all gone.

Politicians are busy creating a world for the citizens of America to live in … but are themselves above it and even worse, control said world.

America is in rapid decline, and that decline rests squarely on the shoulders of our elected presidents and the Congress. I say (write) “presidents” because the decline didn’t happen just under Obama’s “reign”. G.H.W Bush, Bill Clinton, G.W. Bush and now Barack Obama are all players in the demise of the United States. All are globalists and all desire to have America’s sovereignty handed over to the United Nations. They all talk a good talk but their actions betray their intentions.  The amount of corruption in all those administrations, especially since G.W. Bush, is staggering.

G.H.W. Bush said on Sept. 11, 1990, “[The war in Iraq is] a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times…a New World Order can emerge.” (notice the date) Flash forward to Sept. 11, 2001. Flash forward to Sept. 11, 2012.  Weird? Coincidence?  Who knows?

Folks, don’t think for a second that totalitarianism exists in other nations only. When those in power force their will on the people, that is exactly what you have. As citizens our every move is monitored. We are subject to IRS audits at the whim of whoever is in the Executive office of the United States. Make no mistake, folks like Barack Obama deny knowing anything about any unsavory, scandalous acts of those around him. It’s precisely why he surrounds himself with the likes of Eric Holder … he does Obama’s bidding without having to be instructed just like all the other weasels in his phony “administration”. Barack Obama meets with members of the Muslim Brotherhood. Hillary Clinton’s closet aid is directly involved with the “brotherhood” as well. Obama is arming our enemy and the enemy of Israel.

And more on the domestic front …

We can take an example of the acts of Mr. Obama and how nothing that’s important to the vast majority of the American people has been accomplished. The vast majority wanted the economy worked on, jobs, and for the weasel to keep his empty promises. Instead we got Obamacare shoved up our posterior. 70+% of the American people did not want the government involved in our private health care … but … well we all know how to continue that point.

Right now “immigration reform” (amnesty for millions of illegals) is being touted as a priority for those elected ones. Only 3% of the American people think it’s a priority. The economy and jobs again is what your average American wants by an overwhelming majority … but … we’re getting that shoved up our posterior right next to Obamacare.

Obama has turned our military into a gay rights organization while the entire world is laughing. He’s forcing the military commanders into retirement or relieving them of duty if they do go along with his destructive policies. And then team Obama will be putting women to fight in the front lines of combat. It will be interesting to see what becomes of our women once they’re captured on the battle field. A nation that doesn’t protect it’s women is a nation in decline and is loathsome to all others.

Anyway, I’m done ranting for the day. One last thing … liberals, progressives are too stupid to realize that when America goes down they’re going down right with her
