The Police State Is Here: They will come, and when they do, we must resist. We must fight back with every tool our Founding Fathers afforded us.

Here's a couple of stories that should have every American up in arms...literally!  These are by no means the first of such horror stories floating around the Internet and the way things are going they're not going to be the last.  The fact that they are on the increase should set off some alarms but people are sleeping in now-a-days.  And what's more alarming no one is being punished for their outright abuse of power.  Heck, Lois Lerner didn't even get a slap on the wrists for her heinous crimes.  Somebody once said, "The police state cometh." ...I don't know about you, but I'd say it's here!

Gov Targets Private Bank Accounts:
Seizes Funds Of Innocent Americans Without Charge or Trial
Mac Slavo @ InfoWars.com

Do you still keep a hefty portion of your savings in a U.S. bank?
If so you may want to reconsider your options. Because if the following report from theInstitute of Justice is any indication, nothing you hold in private bank account is safe anymore.
Can the government use civil forfeiture to take your money when you have done nothing wrong—and then pocket the proceeds?
The IRS thinks so.
For over 30 years, Terry Dehko has successfully run a grocery store in Fraser, Mich., with his daughter Sandy. In January 2013, without warning, the federal government used civil forfeiture to seize all of the money from the Dehkos’ store bank account (more than $35,000) even though they’ve done absolutely nothing wrong.
Their American Dream is now a nightmare.
Federal civil forfeiture law features an appalling lack of due process: It empowers the government to seize private property from Americans without ever charging, let alone convicting, them of a crime. Perversely, the government then pockets the proceeds while providing no prompt way to get a court to review the seizure.
On September 25, 2013, Terry and Sandy teamed up with the Institute for Justice to fight back in federal court. A victory will vindicate not just their right to be free from abusive forfeiture tactics, but the right of every American not to have their property wrongfully seized by government.

Every year the government of the United States seizes tens of billions of dollars in taxpayer money and redistributes these funds to “black” projects which are often unaccounted for. On September 10th, 2001, for example, Sec. of Defense Donald Rumsfeld admitted that the D.O.D. had lost around $2.3 Trillion. The funds were unaccounted for and any investigation into where they went ended the following day when the office holding the records in question was reportedly destroyed in the Pentagon attack.
No one was held to account. No one went to jail. No one was punished.
Make a suspicious transaction or can’t account for your money as a private citizen, however, and they will seize everything you own and treat you like a financial terrorist.
There are no warrants, no charges, no court proceedings. They just take it. And if you don’t comply, they’ll send an IRS SWAT team through your front door and imprison you.
What’s frightening about the experience of Terry and Sandy Dehko is that just months prior to their seizure of their assets the Internal Revenue Service completed an audit indicating that all of their records were legitimate, and their small business was operating within the guidelines of Federal tax law.
No matter.
When surveillance state flagging algorithms spotted them depositing suspicious amounts of money just below the $10,000 required federal reporting limit into their bank account, a necessity for the Dehkos because their insurance only covered up to $10,000 in losses, they were red flagged by automated monitoring systems as possible money launderers.
Their $35,000 was subsequently seized after the IRS filed a secret warrant (a lot of that going around these days) accusing them of “structuring.” Because of the nature of civil forfeiture laws they now have to fight for their own money and prove their activities were legal. The IRS required no proof whatsoever.
An accusation was enough.
These heavy handed practices will not get any better going forward, especially considering the fiscal state of our nation.
The IRS and other government agencies are booming, hiring on thousands of new employees for enforcement, and arming them with assault weapons and ammunitionfor those who reuse to comply.
Last year the government took in over $4 billion in forfeiture money. How much of that was from Americans like the Dehkos, who did nothing wrong?
One day soon, they will come for your money, too – and probably a whole lot more.
Do you need any more reason to get out of the banking system, or will you wait until they take everything you’ve worked for?

Police State Raids Family’s Home:
“The Fight Has Officially Been Brought To My Front Door”
If you think we are free, think again!! This should be a warning that we are being watched on the Internet and it will be a matter of time before this comes to YOUR front door. When certified firearms instructor Shawn Moore posted a photo of his 11 year-old son on Facebook the last thing he expected was a SWAT style raid on his home. The picture showed his son, a licensed hunter, holding his new birthday gift, a .22 caliber rifle.

While Moore’s son proudly displaying his semi-automatic personal defense rifle was completely legal, an anonymous tipster contacted New Jersey’s Department of Children and Family Services and declared that the Moore family was neglecting and abusing their child, an unfounded accusation that led to the mobilization of local police who were apparently not at all concerned with the unconstitutionality of their actions which violated numerous protections of the Moore family including their right to bear arms, their right to be secure in their homes, their right to speak freely, and their right to be considered innocent until proven guilty.
Of critical importance is that the police who raided the Moore home never even saw the photo.
“It was all hear say. Just a phone call saying someone saw a pic of a child holding a gun,” reports Moore.

Shawn Moore recounted the incident at the Delaware Open Carry forums:
The fight has officially been brought to my front door.
Last night I was out with a buddy of mine. I got a text from my wife that the cops and DYFS [Division of Youth and Family Services] are at the house and they wanna check out my guns and needed me to open my safe.
I’m instantly on my way. I get in contact with [attorney] Evan Nappen on the way. I explain the situation.
I walk in my house and hand the phone to the first cop I see. Then direct all of them outside. DYFS got a call because of a pic of my son holding a gun.
They wanted to look around and check all my guns out, make sure they were all registered.
Obviously that didn’t go well because I refused.
I had Nappen on speaker phone the entire time so they had to deal with both of us. They kept trying to pressure me to open my safe. They had no warrant, no charges, nothing.
I didn’t budge.
I was told I was being “unreasonable” and that I was acting suspicious because I wouldn’t open my safe. Told me they were gonna get a search warrant. Told em go ahead.
Nappen (my lawyer) asked me for the DYFS workers name. She wouldn’t give it. I asked for credentials and she wouldn’t show them. I tried to take a pic of her and she turned around real fast and walked away.
After a while of them threatening to take my kids, get warrants and intimidation they left. Empty handed and seeing nothing.
People it can happen that fast.
Police and Family Services overstepped their bounds when they illegally entered this man’s home, demanded he open his gun safe, and threatened to take away his children because of an anonymous tip based on absolutely zero evidence.
This is the world in which we now find ourselves, where an American exercising his right to bear arms is considered suspicious simply because he refuses to give up his Constitutionally protected rights.
If you resist in any form or fashion you are immediately considered a criminal or terrorist.
The government and its storm troopers will continue to act brazenly, violating the rights of Americans until they are held accountable. As citizens, we are left with no other choice than to resist the tyranny and fight back, just as Shawn Moore did when they came for his guns AND his children. We can do this by understanding the laws of the land, and by documenting every interaction with officials of the government, who will stop at nothing to pursue their agenda and stroke their own egos.
They will come to each of our front doors, and when they do, we must resist. We must fight back with every tool our Founding Fathers afforded us.

Did Obama steal the 2012 election? Answer: More than likely.

Actually it wouldn't be too far fetched to know that if every voter voted for the opposition Obama would have still won by a majority...  But...but...but, how could that happen?  Ha, ha, ha, you fool, you just don't know Obama!  If he can delete his college records, passport(s), birth certificates, and anybody that ever knew him at Columbia from the public forum by spending millions upon millions
of dollars (Saudi Arabia and George Soros money for sure...heck, even Qadafi donated) then manipulating an election outcome is just kid's stuff.  ~ Norman E. Hooben

Meanwhile....
America is so naive that they will let the Clintons back in the White House...  I said, "let", not "put", for if every eligible American voter voted for Mickey Mouse, Hillary would still win by 51% of the vote.  Say what?  How can that be?  Here again, America is so damn naive, they think that they control the elections.  Only the powerful politic elite control the outcome of elections.
More on this here: Its Time We Brought The Clintons To Trial

All I Want For Christmas

_____________________________________

Update... December 2014

Christmas, The Tradition
By Norman E. Hooben

For lack of a better description I borrowed the following line to establish the mindset of an American tradition:
“Most cultures have traditions, customs and beliefs that have been passed down through the ages and although some traditions alter slightly to suit modern day living, many stay the same and are an important link to the past and our ancestors.”
Whether we like it or not, Americans have rooted themselves in things that without, would have taken us down a different path to where we would not be today. It’s been 238 years since our Founding Fathers laid down the principles for which we so proudly prevailed since. Judeo-Christian principles, whether you like it or not!
Christmas is a Christian tradition and comes from the words, “Christ and Mass.” Without the birth of Christ there would be no Christmas…and without Christ there would be no Christians. So let’s get over the idea that Christmas is not a part of us.
Christmas has been celebrated each and every year since the landings at Plymouth and Jamestown…and continues today. It did not attain holiday status until President Grant signed it into law…and we lived with that until now. Now we have un-Christian-like secular progressives trying to destroy that which has been a part of us since the beginning. And although I personally celebrate the birth of Christ at this time of year I have that inbred principle that links me to our past…Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, and you too President Grant, Merry Christmas!

Pelosi is at it again... When will this nut-case go away?

No more cuts?  Awe shucks...

Watchdog questions $174G death benefit for millionaire senator's wife
As D.C. lawmakers talk tough over a looming government shutdown, one item House members have not said much about is a six-figure “gift” they tucked into the latest spending bill. The little-noticed provision would pay the widow of the late Sen. Frank Lautenberg – who was a millionaire -- $174,000 in tax-free funds. The payment is part of a time-honored practice of paying out death benefits to lawmakers' families. But it's caught the eye of government watchdogs who say it's time to put an end to that practice.
Daniel Shuman, policy director for Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington, first noticed the payment to the widow of the late New Jersey Democratic senator.

"How is this a top funding priority?" he asked.

Shuman questioned why the House, which voted to cut $40 billion from food stamps over the next decade and is locked in a stand-off over de-funding ObamaCare, would so easily pony up thousands of dollars for this benefit payment. Not all lawmakers are independently wealthy, but Lautenberg was among the wealthiest.

According to Roll Call’s 2012 annual survey of congressional wealth, which is based on 2011 financial disclosure reports, Lautenberg’s estimated net worth was $56.8 million.

“The situation is even more galling when you think about the choice it represents,” Shuman wrote. “Congress just voted to cut food stamps for poor children. A shameful number were unwilling to support relief from the devastation wrought by Hurricane Sandy.”

Further, he warned that the payments embody an attitude that "places members of Congress above the public."

The practice of paying a deceased lawmaker’s salary to his or her family has been around for a long time.

A 1918 document, Cannon’s Precedents, which sets the precedents for the U.S. House of Representatives, calls the death gratuities a “long-established custom.” It is not known when the custom first originated.

In this case, one year of Lautenberg’s salary goes to his widow Bonnie Englebardt, who lives in New York City.

Section 134 of the appropriations bill passed by the House states: “Notwithstanding any other provisions of this joint resolution, there is appropriated for payment to Bonnie Englebardt Lautenberg, widow of Frank R. Lautenberg, late a Senator for New Jersey, $174,000.”

The late New Jersey Democrat owed his political rise in part to his business success.

He used the money he made at Automatic Data Processing, Inc., or ADP, to launch his political career.

Lautenberg was the fifth employee hired at ADP, which was founded under the name Automatic Payrolls, Inc., in 1949 by Henry and Joseph Taub.

Lautenberg spent the next 30 years going on to become the company’s CEO and see the company through phenomenal growth. Presently, the company has 57,000 employees, $10 billion in annual revenues and claims to pay one in six American workers.

If Lautenberg’s death gratuity is approved by the Senate, as expected, it would bring the total amount that Congress has given the families of deceased lawmakers to $2.6 million over the past decade.

Among other things, the money is supposed to help with funeral fees, the cost of erecting a monument and travel expenses for a delegation to attend a service. Federal law treats the payment as a gift, which means it’s tax free.

Not all lawmakers make the same amount.

According to the Congressional Research Service, the family of Hawaii Sen. Daniel Inouye, D-Hawaii, who died Dec. 17, 2012, was given $193,400. The family of Rep. Robert Matsui, D-Calif., who died on Jan. 1, 2005, was gifted $162,100, while relatives of Rep. Jo Ann Davis, R-Va., who died on Oct. 6, 2007, were given $165,200.

Mass. Cowards Tierney and Lynch Among Benghazi Walk-Outs

Despicable: Dems walk out of Benghazi hearing prior to parents’ testimony
Source: BIZ-PAC Review

Fifteen Democratic lawmakers walked out of the U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Committee hearing Thursday, just before testimony from family members of two men murdered during the terrorist raid a year ago in Benghazi, Libya.

The committee had already accepted testimony from Adm. Mike Mullen and others and was about to hear from family members of the victims. They included Patricia Smith, the mother of Sean Smith, an information management officer at the facility who was killed early in the attack along with Ambassador Christopher Stevens.

The committee was also set to hear testimony from Charles Woods, the father of former Navy SEAL Tyrone Woods, who was killed defending the compound from the roof of the security annex along with fellow former SEAL Glen Doherty.

At that point, the 15 Democratic members excused themselves without offering a reason and left.

Here’s a list of the lawmakers who walked out:

Carolyn Maloney, D-N.Y.
Danny Davis, D-Ill.

Eleanor Holmes Norton, D-D.C.
Gerald E. Connolly, D-Va.
Jim Cooper, D-Tenn.

John Tierney, D-Mass.
Mark Pocan, D-Wisc.

Matt Cartwright, D-Penn.
Michelle Lujan Grisham, D-N.M.

Peter Welch, D-Vt.
Stephen Lynch, D-Mass.

Steven Horsford, D-Nev.
Tammy Duckworth, D-Ill.

Tony Cardenas, D-Calif.
William Lacy Clay, D-Mo.

Obama's Catholic Victory Dance

Most practicing Catholics have no clue... Lets restate that... Most American Catholics have no clue where their money goes to when they drop that envelope or cash into the Sunday collection basket; especially that 2nd collection.  Paying closer attention to the announcement one Sunday a few years ago, I was startled by the boldness of parish priest's stated recipient...ACORN!  It was bold considering the timeline we're talking about ACORN was riddled with scandals associated with the Obama presidential campaign.  It could be said without exaggeration that most Catholics voted for Obama not only at the ballot box but with their wallets as well...the few exceptions would be the Catholics like myself that could see through Obama's façade from the moment he came on the national scene.  I would like to ramble on about this subject but I never quite got all my notes together for there is so much that I have researched over the last dozen years or so, that I would bore you to death with discursive verbiage...but aaha, I found somebody that has put it all together, and you can find it right here.  I only hope that this video is not pulled for a lot of truth has been exposed so watch and listen carefully before it disappears. ~ Norman E. Hooben
