Help me! I can't get up!" said America, and nobody came to help.Storm'n Norm'nhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/10513268787691532681noreply@blogger.comBlogger1125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-417280974690508119.post-28466503912967662772008-11-08T03:14:00.000-06:002008-11-08T03:14:00.000-06:00Since the early 1960's north Americans have fed on...Since the early 1960's north Americans have fed on a steady diet of black guilt. We are now conditioned to refrain from using the "white" word. We can say black Americans this or that, but we can't say white Americans this or that. If you said you are going to hang out with your white brothers and sisters you would be considered a racist. A black man would simply be thought of as “cool” or loyal to his race.

Political attacks on Obama could be viewed as racist, because that is the way Americans have been conditioned to think.

Several weeks back I was discussing politics with my older brother at a family breakfast. He was slamming the Republicans tirelessly. After I expressed my distrust of Obama's political views and the Democratic party, my eleven year old nephew asked why I was a racist. I was stunned. Even though Obama's genealogy was never mentioned the child embarrassed me with that insidious question.

To me, Obama seems like a dangerous soul, not a dangerous black man or whatever, but a dangerous soul.

Even if he is squeaky clean according to the FBI, I sense something is about to happen to this country because of him. Something is rippling down from the future and I do not think it is good.

Hopefully this uneasy feeling is just my uncertainty about the man, his backers and their true ajenda.

RJAnonymousnoreply@blogger.com
