Obama Press Conference - questions to ask (but he won't answer)

The following questions were compiled by Ken over at Gather.com . They're good questions that will go unanswered because the guy that should answer won't! More importantly some questions do raise points that should have been discussed months ago...like when Obama decided to make a run for the White House. I read somewhere that our so-called Department of Justice is filled with Clinton appointees so that would explain why they have not asked similar questions. I didn't post any of the comments that followed Ken's questions because they're the same old replies you get from uninformed people or people who have burnt imprints on their gray matter that disables their rationality...a couple of them got it right. I suppose that someone out there (Who knows? It might be you!) may eventually have the opportunity to ask the guy some, if not all, of these questions. (Note: The guy will never be addressed by me with the title that goes along with that address on Pennsylvania Avenue. The election was a selection by the elite [with many illegalities] and the voters were misinformed or just plain stupid.) - Norman E. Hooben

Real Obama Press Conference Questions

1) Given that you are about to name a Supreme Court Justice candidate, what is the rationale for interpreting the US Constitution based on the "Original Intent" of it's authors and why do you agree (or not) with this thinking? Stated differently, doesn't the opposite interpretation, which allows that the Constitution is a "living document" and therefore able to be constantly re-interpreted (without formal amendment), cause it to effectively lose all of it's ability to guide and constrain the Federal government?

2) Given that typical earmark spending items are normally for relatively small expenditures which affect a limited project or area and thus would impact neither interstate commerce nor the general welfare of the country, what is the Constitutional Authority for an earmark spending item?

3) What is the Constitutional Authority for the Executive Branch to insist that a private company President resign?

4) What is the Constitutional Authority for the federal government to force a private company to not honor it's financial responsibilities to private company debt/bond holders while awarding ownership to those that hold lower-tier financial obligations (namely the UAW)?

5) Your efforts to date seem to favor the rapid implementation of an agenda which contains many complex, interrelated, and untested measures which define a substantially different manner of ordering American society. Given the age-old axiom of trying one thing at a time in order to insure that you are changing effectively, why do you believe this current shot-gun approach is something other than an unproven "too much and too fast to know what will really happen" experiment?

6) You recently made speeches overseas that stated that the United States is an "arrogant" nation and that we are not a Christian nation. Why didn't you campaign on these themes?

7) Your recently said that when the United States adopted "enhanced interrogation techniques" we set aside American values. What is the source of those American values to which you refer and are we similarly setting them aside when we allow (and your administration encourages) over 1 million US mothers to abort their children yearly?

8) As a self-identified Christian and Constitutional scholar, why do you never identify either guide as establishing a constraint on your plans, actions, or agenda?

9) Based on your experiences as a former US Senator and now as President, what are current procedures, practices, or examples of potential or active corruption in the Legislative and Executive Branches of the Federal government?

10) Given that the Congress places many restrictions on federal funds used around the country, the Supreme Court is effectively the national school board, and your administration seems intent on controlling continually more facets of American education, American energy production, American media, and other areas of life, just why do we have state and local governments anyway?

11) Does the fact that GE (who is investing heavily in "Green" energy and health care records technology) and who owns NBC (which promotes heavily the Obama administration and it's far left ideology - including those very initiatives that would benefit GE) constitute a potential conflict of interest or possible corrupt pay-to-play scenario in your mind or for your administration?

12) Why are you blocking public access to your actual birth certificate?
